This may be the worst Starbucks store in San Jose. Garbage everywhere outside in the outdoor seating. That’s ok. This is CA anyway. The insiders also dirt with garbages on the floor and the tables surface are sticky.Also, the services were really slow. I finished my banana walnut loaf but the americano was still nowhere to be find. Then , of course americano came with no half and halfIf you cannot find the right person to run the store or cannot find a good location to operate the store just don’t open it. I came here for the Starbucks standards I enjoy. I don’t mind drive a little far away to have a real Starbucks coffee which worth the money I paid.

Came in earlier today to get my drink, the order was not made correctly. With the wait time for having to order, then waiting for the drink, I'm a bit upset with how things went earlier. They've always provided good service, and the croissants are usually good as well. I like the vibe of the place, but today was just an off day maybe?

This Starbucks was super clean and such a nice place to study. My drink was made in literally 3 minutes! All the employees were so kind! It was quiet and not a lot of people were here! I highly recommend! I got a Venti Iced Matcha Green Tea Latte!

Had a Horrible experience at this starbucks today. I get hired to check out the customer service. I came in today and was helped by an employee by the name of Mila. Blonde young lady. Right off the bat her attitude was super tacky. And the look she gave me was absurd. Almost made me feel as if she was a Racist person. -0 definitely need to do an improvement on customer service!. Starbucks should be a nice relaxing comfort zone. Not a place where you are going to stare someone down. And make them feel uncomfortable in the most possible way ever.

What a disrespectful experienceMy husband placed an online order yesterday morning 2 sandwiches & 2 frappes when the order was ready he picked up the drinks & forgot about the sandwiches with in 7 mins he remembered he had forgotten them,so I called the Starbucks store several times, no answer. I went to pick them up instead & they told me they had thrown them away WHY?!? I don’t understand why they did that when I’m 5 mins away from location & didn’t take long to pick them up that’s a breakfast that was already paid for to be thrown away!

I ordered a venti cappuccino. Half the cup was foam instead of just a small section at the top. I was charged $9 for a grande. What a rip off, not like they didn't know or notice. Back to the shopping cart psychology I presume. Like most human error.

I made an order today around 8:50am to pick up by 9:01am. I order 2 drinks & two sandwiches. I walked in a rush & forgot to grabbed my sandwiches. I called a few times but no answer. I had a Family member walked in to pick up my sandwiches approximately within 7 to 10 minutes & were told by the employees that they had throw them away. That is really disrespectful & a waist of money. The least they could of done was to give us some new ones. I go to this Starbucks very often for them to do this.

I would like to take a moment to recognize an exceptional employee at Starbucks. I truly appreciate consistent and outstanding customer service along with the unwavering positivity this gentleman brings to Starbucks. This gentleman always greets everyone with a huge smile and is always happy to serve you your favorite delicious food or satisfying drink in a very friendly atmosphere. In an industry where customer service is the cornerstone of success (and is rare these days) his commitment to going above and beyond is commendable. One thing for sure, no matter how you're feeling that day,this nice gentleman is sure to put a huge smile on your face.

Just went to this location, 15 minutes before they closed. The woman working rolled her eyes at us walking in. There was no coffee brewed. She recommended a latte instead of an americano as a sub. She was rude and unhelpful. When we left she locked the door even though they still had 10 minutes until closing.
