They literally have 0 clue what they are talking about here and are not helpful. Better off waiting 3 hours for a robot than the workers here.

I come over at around 6:30pm Dec 15 2022 to add more line to my account. The staff name Christine Nguyen(if I remember correctly) was the one we got help. She was so enthusiastic. Tried many ways to help me waive the fee. Finally it was not successful because someone at the headquarter that she contacted mess it up. However I really appreciate for her help, spent more than an hour until the store close just to help me save some money.

Came in here to upgrade my moms phone and was met with an unpleasant experience. First off a dude by the name of Chris was helping me. Said they had the phone in stock went through all the ins and outs explaining the process. Finally came to pay and wasn't able as I was not an authorized user under my sisters account. Said I could add myself as one online and went to do that very quickly, took about 10 minutes. Would've been sooner if the site wasn't having server issues that kept timing me out. Once I was finally able to do so, he was already helping a customer who had came in within that 10 minutes. His colleague RJ decided not to help one of the two customers that came in at that time because the second couple were his friends as I seen them pretty much hug. Ultimately leaving Chris to help the other woman. During this time RJ was pretty much just hanging out with his friends trying to resolve their problem which didn't seem like one at all. He also said "be with you in 10 minutes" which turned into an hour. Chris initially told me that the phone we wanted was in stock just needed to be an authorized user to purchase. RJ then goes back to check and says they only have iPhone 12 and 14, no 13s which was the phone that was guaranteed to us. After his shitty attempt at trying to help I'm getting pretty irritated as it's been well over an hour since coming into store. He's talking to this customer buying like 4 phones and I roll my eyes since he's taking forever just chit chatting with this woman taking 15 minutes per screen protector when he could be helping me. He comes over to me and states that if I had a problem to which I say yes I do, and he rebuttals with well I'm helping this woman and her son just died (which is totally irrelevant to the whole situation at hand) states that he's the only one who has access to sprint login since I am a sprint customer. I say maybe you should teach your associates to obtain this access so this doesn't happen in the future and tells me "ask my manager (RJ) he's right here" and proceeds to walk away. Seconds after a gentleman by the name of Bryan comes out of the back of house with the phone in question and checks us out in less than 10 minutes. s/o to Bryan and I hope he has a better team than RJ and Chris going forward. Seems like whoever was on floor that day only cares about sales over customers. Bad for business retention Overall you are better off doing this online as they also charge an upgrade fee for coming into store and having them help you. Which in this situation they were of no help at all other than BRYAN.

Wasted gas driving here for nothing. Sign says store closes at 8pm on friday. I arrived at 730pm no signage stating they were closed but door is locked and gates are down.

Terrible service from this guy Garcia.I will never go back to that place. Judging from older reviews, I should never have gone. I only went because it showed online they have a protector for my TMobile phone that is out of stock everywhere else. A simple exchange of a defective item.A huge place, there were only 2 clients but we had to wait 30 minutes for Garcia to attend me.As soon as Garcia spoke, I knew why there was no one there and why they have a part nobody has. Terrible service.I waited 30 minutes to talk to Garcia. And less than a minute to run away from that store to never come back."System is down, so I can't verify you""I didn't sell you the phone, so I cannot help you".

First off this location has come a LONG way! My mom and I both needed new phones and my mom in particular had a weird situation we need resolved with her precious account. Christian was able to help us with everything we needed and more! We have tried a few times to get this straightened out and it failed each time. This time was a success and I can't say thank you enough. Great job team Tully! We were impressed.

Because I was driven out of the store yesterday without having activated my phone, I had to go to a store again. Today I chose the McKee road store and the experience was significantly better.I was greeted and welcomed into the store. When all associates were busy someone had the courtesy to tell me so and gave me an estimate of how long I would have to wait. When I asked for the store wifi I was politely shown that. When Nancy got free, she was polite and helpful. Just as I thought, I didn't need to pay for anything (as opposed to the experience yesterday at this store). (and I have the receipt for evidence). This store was much more appreciative of the sensitivity around corona.Nancy was also well versed with what needed to be done and in 15 minutes total i was out of the store. That just proves that yesterday was a poor customer experience. Now I am not one to hold grudges and this is not personal, but the individuals involved need to know that their actions have consequences. They need to understand customer service and most importantly, customer empathy.

5/17/2020 I came into this sprint store at 2:30pm. There's 2 girls & 1 guy working today. The girls that helped me weren't very helpful at all. It took them over an hour to tell me that they think the system is down. I specifically told them I wanted to do 2 transactions 2 differrent cards, they hinted that I would probably need to pay in cash after an hour of already being there. Over $570 in cash? Could've told me earlier so I could have gone to the ATM while waiting for the system to restart They whispered amongst themselves and then finally asked if I would wait for them to restart the system or go to another location after over an hour? Mind you, they had already charged me for one of the phones I wanted to upgrade then said "Oh you will get your refund tomorrow, if not tomorrow then Tuesday and if not Tuesday then call us." Are you serious? I'm a very social person and super friendly, they hardly talked to me or even had any type of customer service. Looked super serious the whole time, no type of smile or anything. Like okay, why do you work here if you have no customer service skills? Customer service is everything, I don't mind that you couldn't help me do what I needed to do, but then you don't even have any common sense to act helful? I went to the Sprint location at the Tropicana and they were super nice, helpful and told me that one of my phones was already actually paid off but the sprint on tully was going to charge me for it anyways? Please save your time & your money, DON'T GO HERE. Go to the sprint on story & King. They actually want to help you.

This store is very bad. I switch from AT&T a year ago, open 2 lines at beginning, and I ask one number to be the first line and their people just don't know how to do it and took me 4 billing circle, 4 trips to the store and 3 phone calls to customer service to solve it. In one time when I visit the store, a lady told me I can get 3 free moto phones and unlimited basic plan is free for line 3-5, after 18 month lease I can keep the phone and if I don't want the phone, I can turn in after 6 months since the phone is free. When I come to store after 6 months, the lady has left the store and manager just said I misunderstood and can only turn in after 12 months. The after 12 months when I tried to turn in the phone, this manager also left the store and the new manager said I can only turn in after 18 months otherwise I need to pay $48 + tax. Both manager are very rude and said "I need help other customer, either you pay or leave". The phone and service are not free, sprint charge $2.50 per line surchange and some tax such as 911, are also charged per line, total may be over $5 per line. They may charge $20 for line 3-5 after 1/31/2020. They never told you when you open the service. They told me I can unlock the phone for international use after 3 months, but when I tried to unlock after half year, they told me you need pay off even for international use. They said 100% satisfaction guaranteed but they never care about it. If you call the bill department, they just read the bill to you. The only thing they care about is the score you give. I will give 0 if allowed. I don't know how they measure the satisfaction, it's also 0%

Before we ( mom & I ) visited this sprint store by eastridge mall, we had bad experience with the quality of service provided at sprint on Monterey rd. The manager from there sold us the Galaxy 10 phones knowing that they were known to have some issues. She recommended those phones for us reassuring my mom was a great phone. Maybe it is a great phone but we personally had to deal for six months with all kind of issues and nobody was doing anything to help. We were even promise 2 $100.00. dolls gift cards but never got them??.
