I went into this store to return my 5G home internet modem.The employees ganged up on me telling me that I did not have the original power, when in reality it was the only cable the modem came with.They told me that they wouldNot accept it. So I just left the modem there.They take no accountability and stand around twiddling their fingers.I don’t understand why they would open a store in my neighborhood, if the service was going to be this bad.I will never walk into this store again. You lost me as a customer.

I walked into this store to activate my brand new iPhone, IPad and Apple Watch and because I just lost my wallet I didn't have my license to verify my account and was initially told for security reasons I couldn't activate my devices which had me extremely frustrated being that i just went through a lot with T-Mobile customer service, and to be honest I didn't know how I was going to remedy this situation without getting corporate involved. I asked the representative Lissette if there was anything she could do to help me since I did have my pin and a screenshot of my drivers license on my phone, she went to get authorization from the manager Frances and after verifying my identity and matching up all of the documents they were able to facilitate the transaction and continue with the activation of all new devices! Not only did they both go above and beyond with the utmost customer service but they also setup my iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Apple ID and canceled my previous account with xfinity. This was by far my best experience with not only tmobile over the past 10 years but any phone carrier in general! They were so sweet, helpful, informative, knowledgeable and they made sure they took care of my every need before I left. Thank you ladies!

Jin helped us replace my mom's phone and get a couple watches. The manager even drove to another store to pick up the watch my daughter wanted. Thanks for taking care of us. We will be back.

If you've ever been to a phone store this is a phone store. You can find phones here, you can get cell service here, they have other fun things like watches and accessories! It is odd as I can't pinpoint any reason why I didn't give it a five-star, but it just was a cell store nothing special nothing bad. Perhaps I expect more in customer service or personality. I don't know I just don't feel like it's a five-star experience. Come here especially if you're a T-Mobile customer. I've been very happy with T-Mobile having moved over from another company and saved literally 50% for the same service. I've never had a bad dealing with them. And this is a very clean and spacious store. It was busy when we went but that wasn't my feeling. We got service right away they helped us out answered all the questions got us set up and we're out.

Jose Z and Bret Lebeck helped me during my visit to store. They were very attentive and considerate. Jose was also training 4 prospective t-mobile staff in the store. He was showing them how to login into customers accoung using IDs and how to add items into carts and how to check them out and apply finances or promotions or down payments. Jose was explaining very professionally that as a customer, I suddenly became interested to apply for a job at t-mobile. At the end, Jose and Bret offered the best deals to me and made me a happy t-mobile customer. Thank you Bret and Jose.

I had to upgrade an old 3G phone that had stopped working on the new T-mobile 5G network. The store manager Bret and the associate Ricky helped me on Monday 3/6 to do the upgrade effectively. They were very efficient. They made sure everything is working fine and I am not getting charged any extra. While helping me, they were also helping other customers and answering phone as they were really busy. I was in and out of the store for a total of 15 minutes. I really want to applaud Bret and Ricky for their warm reception, friendly attitude and professionalism. Keep up the great customer service. Thank you to both of you.

The store manager, Bret Lebeck, is the most obnoxious and arrogant rep I've ever had the displeasure of talking to. He was completely insensitive to the error T-Mobile made to our bill that lead us to a series of cascading collection issues we were not notified of and he had the audacity to blame us instead. (Even though everyone agrees it's on them.)I normally don't go above the manager but when it became evident he had no intentions of resolving T-Mobile's error; he even refused to give us his manager's contact info.I'd recommend you all go elsewhere if possible, since Bret's likely just going to blame you even if you have proof of T-Mobile's error. We were able to get more sympathy from another store manager, but don't waste your time here.

T-Mobiles mobile service is the worst don’t go here or to any other T-Mobile if u like good reception! Apparently I went over one day to return my phone now in stuck with my calls dropping for the next 90 days! Extremely upset back to AT&T for me!!!

Horrible service, overall T-Mobile is not good. The store and there customer service seems to be two different company. One says something and the other says something else. Stay away from this store and company. Not sure enough service coverage and they treat their long time customer like this.

The new look T mobile store is modern, nice, clean & I have been here a several times to upgrade & get my new Samsung Z flip 3 5 G. My phone took so much pictures more than 2000 and thanks Ricky for assistance & be patient enough to transfer all the photos, files, contact logs to my new lavender samsung flip 3 phone. Everyone there is helpful & cheerful but I didn't give 5 stars because they show me new model samsung flip 4 ...lol
