Fantastic service and the online appointment system works well if you time it right. For being my first time, Yanet was very attentive, polite, and considered the history of my hair to inform her work. I usually have good experiences with sport clips. I checked in online, and it said zero wait time. It took me about 20 min. To walk in the door. Not only did my check in get cancelled, but the wait went up to 1hr 15 min! There was no other customer there, no one in the process of getting a cut... And the two workers.... Left somewhere for at least 5 min. When they returned, one disappeared in the back, one took a customer straight from walking in..I will not return to this circus. I will use sport clips again, but not this one. Why two stars not one.. because they didn't screw up my hair, they just didn't do anything at all.
