The staff was rude and arrogant, and even though it was my first visit just to check out their products, they insisted I submit a seller's permit via email and open an account, which felt unnecessary and pushy.
They didn’t have price list. Just randomly telling multiple prices if you ask twice
the same items. Additionally, I found several items that were 6 months expired. When I inquired about it, the staff responded rudely and seemed uninformed about their product range. The store itself was poorly organized, making it difficult to navigate.

They are go to place for Indian restaurants. Have all spices, groceries and misc stuff needed for restaurant business.

I have been buying things from this place for long time, they changed their prices for lots of products and never informed customers, after buying their products than I saw the price and asked them to inform their customers about the changes, they were saying they know how to operate their business and no need teach them, they can't even take the suggestion from the customers, worst customer service and rude.

I buy restaurant Parotta last 2 years for $72 now they’ve changed the price to $76.94 they never told me about the price and I bought it, same thing happened last week with samosas I advised please inform us if there’s any price changes, 2 week ago I sent my friend to buy 6’1 inch boxes, he doesn’t know which one he should take he FaceTime me and showed the boxes in the display , I told him what I need , than he asked the cashier where can I get the boxes they showed him where it is, when I checked the boxes after we bought its very small , I informed the lady also that the display boxes and the one they’ve for sale is different, they never changed the display, and today I just bought another case of boxes was trying to tell the owner to change the display boxes, he’s telling that I have attitude, and he said his staffs know better than me about the food and everything, I’m a graduated in hotel management and food industry back in 2003 and I have 16 years of experience. They’re not even trying to listen customers point, if it’s continued I wouldn’t go there and never suggest any one. I just wanna add this for your information,

They do not have a price list or a list of what spices they provide. When asked the owner rudely replied "when you go to safeway do they give you a price list?". I shop at a family run place called spice of life, only came here to see if they had better prices, spice of life provide a price list and products and are way more friendly then the j*** owner of spicemart.
