card went through 3 times and all 3 times each pump I used didn't work. got no customer service and refused to give me a receipt. says nothing pumped yet my card was accepted 3 times and 4th time I tried it was declined and bank has yet to update me on why. seeing other posts about them stealing money and poor customer service I should have known

"Speedway Xpress gas station offers an abysmal customer service experience with rude and unhelpful staff. To make matters worse, there are no available restroom facilities, leaving customers stranded and uncomfortable. Avoid this place at all costs!?????

There is a heavy set fat white lady with glasses that works here at Speedway Express gas station. This lady treats her customers with no respect yelling at them when they come in to buy cigarettes because she has to do the inventory and she said she is tired of having to update her count on the packs of cigarettes. I ran out of cigarettes and needed a pack so I went into the gas station Speedway Express gas station and she said that she is going to stop selling cigarettes during a certain times and for me too remember what times she will not be selling a cigarettes. She said she does not like to be bothered when she is working.
I thought her job was to assist the customers and sell them whatever products they would like to purchase.
I live very close by so I rode my bike to the gas station to try and buy a pack of cigarettes. When I came out of the gas station I seen a old friend and he stopped me to say hello and we had a conversation while we were talking that heavy set white fat lady with glasses that works there came out in front of the gas station store and started yelling at one of the customers trying to pay with a credit card at the pump. And she yelled at him with no respect as if he was a little kid being bad as he was trying to pump his gas. There was a few people in front of your store as she was yelling at the man trying to pump his gas. But then as she turned to go back in she started yelling out loud saying he don't know whose bike this is but get this damn bike out of here "NOW"and I mean"NOW!!
And my friend that I have not seen in many years knew that that was my bike and asked me what did I do to her to make her yell so viciously. And I told him I have done nothing she is like that every night. And he agreed and says he knows. I think whoever owns this gas station should watch their security cameras and see what kind of employees they have turning away customers because she does not want to recount her cigarette inventory and if there is a certain drink that you would like to purchase and you cannot find it you should not ask her because she will just start yelling saying that if you do not see it you don't have it what don't you understand.
The main reason why I leave this comment is because she really embarrassed me in front of my longtime friend. I will not be buying my cigarettes or gas from Speedway Express gas station if she is working there plus it is a waste of time when she will not sell cigarettes to anyone during certain hours that she makes. You can only purchase cigarettes during her hours she chooses and I do not like a rude and ugly atmosphere was very negative energy being circulated by her so I choose to go to the next gas station even if I have to pay more money I would rather have a pleasant happy experience and be treated so rudely by a person with no respect for others I do not know how the owner will let this go on at this establishment. I Now understand why so many people have told me they have stopped going there because of her very rude treatment and the way she talks to people as if she is their mother scolding them. So I will no longer be purchasing my gas or cigarettes or drinks I will have nothing to do with this establishment as long as she is there. I have no complaints with the day time crew and this is my first time ever complaining about anybody but I feel something must be done with this fat white lady that embarrasses people by yelling at them and treating them with no respect as if they are less than human she talks to people as if she is their boss she talks to them more as if she was training a dog.

Really upset about customer service of the store at this gas station!!!!! I came here around 8:30pm to buy a bag of ice and check my lottery tickets. It was my first time I was there to shop. I had not checked my tickets yet, but there was a female cashier standing inside and started yelling at me telling me to remember taking my tickets with me after finishing checking them. She talked to me with a rude attitude, “You guys keep triggering my nerves, remember don’t leave those tickets on the counter. Take it with you!!!”. I politely responded twice that “Yes, I understand. I won’t do that. Of course I will take it with me.” But she kept standing there and complaining although I did not do anything. She was the rudest cashier I have ever met!!! I will never come back here anymore. First time will be my last time. I will also not recommend this place to any of my friends and family because I don’t want them to hear any insult like I was.I wish a can give 0 star ??.

They unauthorized a charge of 100 that posted to my account and will not refund my money I called and asked and they said to cantact my bank this gas station are crooks and thieves. Worst experience ever

Horrible customer service and employees. Paid online for a pickup order, got a confirmation number and two receipts through email and message and when I went in to pick it up was told there computer they didn’t understand so there was no order and even with multiple reciepts and emails they still would not give me my order and just kept saying oh well I don’t know how to do so I can’t help you. A order that was placed and paid for ! Ridiculous

Did not buy diesel fuel here. It's 95% bio-diesel. No good for many diesel fuel systems.
