Great place for your MB and other European vehicles repair & maintenance works! Johann is the best master mechanic whom I trust; I have been bringing my vehicles for his professional work over 30 years in his various shop locations. I have recommended quite a few friends to his shop. You should bring your vehicles to him for his care as well; highly recommended!!

Need a good auto mechanic? This is the place. They diagnosed a problem with my BMW I had been having for years, that 2 other mechanics and the BMW dealer could not fix. I recommend this place and their mechanic, Johann Chua at South Bay Autohaus. They are friendly, honest, fast and reasonable.

this shop is really awesome and professionally run. Johann is the lead tech and is always super helpful and takes his time explaining issues and diagnostics. We have been bringing our cars here for 15 years and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. :)

I brought my 530i in for coolant issues which Johann fixed. Upon servicing, other items in coolant system failed which he also fixed. One thing I can say about Johann...he goes the extra mile to keep his customers happy. Had struggles finding couple of issues, but I was satisfied with his explanation and work he completed. Any further repairs, I'll definitely use South Bay Autohaus/Johann for future service if needed. Trustworthy and committed to doing the right thing!! Office gal was very polite and worth mentioning.

Johann is a friendly, knowledgeable professional, honest and responsive mechanic, who provides great service at a reasonable price. I took my BMW in, and he fixed an issue with my coolant system and replaced all of my ignition coils within 24 hours of my phone call. He kept me updated throughout the repairs.

OMG! I don't know why it's taken me so long to write a review about Johann and South Bay Autohaus. I feel awful. I've been taking my Benzs to Johann back when he was servicing cars out of an airplane hanger. When I met him almost 20 years ago now, I instantly liked him and sensed that he was a man of integrity. He is super honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, reliable, and easy to talk to. I consult him on all things Mercedes and he offers solutions that do not cost me a dime when warranted. Service and repairs are completed timely and without issues and I always get my cars/SUV back quickly. Great guy, great staff, and great service!

Timely and quality repair for my ML-350. Fair pricing, and honest too. They could have easily billed me for a repair I thought I needed, but actually didn't. The car is now in great shape and reliable again. This is going to be my go-to shop to work on my Mercedes.
