I booked a limo with this service via their website. I put in my starting point Embassy Suites near San Fran airport to be dropped off at Carnival cruise terminal. The program calculated the route and said it would be $102. I thought it was a little high for a 13 mile trip. But it was in a private limo. So I reserved it. I then received a receipt from the company after the driver was assigned and it was $259. I called them and said why did it go up so high? They said it was because of where the driver had to start. It appears you have to pay for the driver to get to you. Something that should be calculated into the estimate since they know your starting and ending points. I canceled my contract. I won't be using this company again. This to me is a bait and switch scheme. Just be careful when using these people. Unfortunately I didn't take a screen shot of the first quote of $102.

Needed a vehicle for 5 people in San Francisco within an hour, and I called and spoke to Sean. He was so helpful and kind, and called a driver and called me right back... helped me lock in. Then I had a last minute change of pick up... and that was an easy change as well! I will ABSOLUTELY use South Bay whenever my company visits San Francisco!

I wanted to thank you for making my trip home from having surgery in LA comfortable, safe and seamless. I was very nervous about having to travel alone and Roger took excellent care of me - it was above and beyond! The car was very clean, comfortable and accessibility friendly. Highly recommend!

5-Star Service! Had some trouble coordinating pickup the day of for a passenger who got lost and customer service immediately assisted and was able to help locate the passenger. Would highly recommend this service.

I booked South Bay Sedan & Limo Service to drive me to and from San Francisco for a recent trip. They were very up front and detailed with the estimate so I knew exactly what I was paying for. I received confirmation emails 24 hours in advance and even received text messages letting me know the driver was on their way, the name of the driver and the license plate number, so the communication was excellent. I had the same chauffeur each time (Jim). Both times he was on time, actually a little early, dressed and behaved very professionally and we had pleasant conversation each trip. The car was very nice, clean and comfortable and plenty of water available for the ride. It was obvious that Jim takes great pride in his job and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend South Bay Sedan & Limo Service and will definitely use them again.

Really friendly driver and a overall wonderful experience. I booked this limo service to celebrate my birthday, and we went to a vineyard and then out to lunch. The fee was very reasonable, included gratuity and also came with a stocked limo (wine flutes, ice, interior lights, radio & tv). Just remember an aux cord and hdmi cord if youd like to easily connect your devices. Ill definitely be booking with them again.

My recent experience with South Bay Sedan & Limo was my first and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I've since recommended them to a number of people by word of mouth. The drive was professional, on time and extremely helpful. The car was clean and I felt very safe while traveling to and from my destination. I look forward to booking with them in the future!

I would recommend South Bay Sedan & Limo Service highly. I was in a real bind and needed transportation from San Jose Airport to my home. I called the day before my departure and a "real person" actually picked up the phone! He scheduled my pick-up for the next day without any problems. These car service was amazing. Not only were they willing to show up 3:30 in the morning, but they made stops along the way to pick up people for the airport. They knew the airport well enough that they actually helped me get to the international terminal (though I was flying domestic) because they knew the flight had changed locations. AS WELL AS realizing that my phone had fallen out of my pocket while getting out of the car. They ran back into the airport, found me and saved the trip.When coming home we used them again. And our flight was delayed on the tarmac after landing for an hour and a half. To the driver, it appeared as if we landed. And he couldn't reach us, since we were away from a cell reception. But due to the storm he waited and cancelled other pick-ups... and was there to drive us home. Had he not, we would be stuck there... because Ubers and taxis were closed for the night and didn't want to go out in the storm.I can't say enough about them!
