Soleeva was great to work with. They were very responsive to my needs and very professional in their work. My project was small and in a remote location and they were still willing to take it on and treat me as if I had a large and, for them, a much more lucrative project.

Great people but I was sold on 80% of my energy cost covered. Only covers 20% of my bill. Oh once a year I get charged $2500 from PGE.

Update 3/4After literally weeks of calling to the PM and to their corporate office the problem is fixed. But it was a lot of effort. The maintenance team will come out, reset the error, and they leave. The PM will only let you know that the team will come, but won't let you know they're done with the repairs. So you're constantly calling to find out the situation, and then when it's still down z you have to wait a few days for them to fit you into their schedule. From top down there's no follow through, it's just "we gave you a thing, if it doesn't work, call us again". Don't fall for their lies about how "you have a difficult and unique " problem, because the maintenance teams leave on time every day and don't come back. If it's so difficult and unique why is there no follow through to ask if things are working the day after?When things work, it's great, my PGE bill is -130, but to get to the point where everything is working, you're the project manager and you have to manage it all yourself.

I talked to a lot of solar companies before finally selecting Soleeva. I wanted a full-service company that would install the panels with their own experienced employees (not contracted workers) and would offer post-installation monitoring and an output guarantee. I selected Soleeva because they had the best overall proposal (design, guarantee, and price) for the size of system I wanted and they seemed very easy to work with. As a bonus, their panels have a coating that makes them not need regular cleaning like other panels, which is a real advantage in my dusty neighborhood.The communication was excellent throughout the entire process from proposal to PTO. They answered every one of my many questions promptly and with clear and consistent answers.The day of install, I was impressed at how organized, skilled and efficient the team was. One group was on my house installing solar panels, another on my detached garage installing more solar panels and another working under the house to route my EV charger wiring. The whole thing was done in a single day. They handled all permitting with the city (passed inspection first time with no issues) It couldn't have been easier. The app to monitor your solar output is cool too.All in all, a very positive experience with Soleeva.

I interviewed three other solar companies before going with Soleeva. My solar consultant knocked it out of the ballpark with his professionalism and providing understandable information about the product. I was also impressed with the savings and the fact that the panels are self cleaning. Soleeva is an excellent company and I highly recommend them.

When I decided to purchase Solar for my home, I did my due diligence and spoke with 4 companies. Some with big names! Solveea is the one I choose because of the transparency of my account/sales manager. Cameron followed up with me through out the whole process to make sure that all of my questions were addressed and boy did I have many questions. He was patient, transparent and very professional. He never overpromised. I decided to go with Soleeva because of how he represented the company. The great experience did not stop there. Once I signed the contract, Zahra contacted me the very next morning to schedule the site survey. I thought the process of putting the solar panels on my roof would take a couple of months at least. To my delight, Soleeva team was at my door step two and half weeks later and panels were on. From there, they followed up with PG&E and city for permits. They handled every step of the process. It was extremely easy, painless and pleasent. I would HIGHLY recommend Soleeva and Cameron.

They called to apologize a week after, pretty standard. A month and a half later, they also sent a nice gift basket. Not alot of companies would remember and care a month after. So props for that. At the very least they own up to the screwup.

Soleeva was super nice and gracious. Even though I had already signed and received a site visit, they were extremely understanding in letting me out of the contract without any charge because of financial issues on my side. It is unfortunate that it didn't work out this time, but given their customer service, will definitely do business again!

I was searching for installing solar panels at my house and quite frankly Soleeva was not at my top of list. But oh boy!! I am so glad that I went through them. I only have best things to talk here, whether it's just people communication or the installation process or their thorough professionalism.Fully recommend them, you can't go wrong here.Things to improve upon: Should get some sort of online portal for accepting payments to help speedy transactions.
