They close at 10pm. I called at 9:55 saying I'm 5 mins away. Just wanted to grab a quick item. Be there at 10 but even though I gave a courtesy call, he refused to wait an extra minute. I mean I can't force or be mad that he refuse to stay an extra minute open for me but there's terrible customers service in my book. I was looking to make a big purchase so he missed out. Reading other reviews, saying that they closed early, made me realize maybe they were already closed up when I called since other reviews said that they be closed at 9pm. Don't waste your time. Go to another shop.

they sold me a vape juice that was due 1/22/22 but also the guy told me that he could trow the box away and he took the bottle off the box. i should probably sue this people for scamming and unhealthy product they sell. for sure they will have an inspection visit soon!.

I moved here to the Bay Area and couldn’t find the kind of cigarettes I smoked until I came in the smoke and vape shop. The owner offered to order them for me to provide me with a place that I can always come to purchase my cigarettes. Great customer service and it’s a one stop shop. Come check it out!

I came across this smoke shop while trying to get pizza next door, the owner there jay was very informative on everything he carry's. I would say he cares about the customer and what there looking for. He told me about all different types of papers and vaporizers from high end to low end. Good quality of products as well no faulty stuff.

NOT OPEN UNTIL TEN! came by around 8:50 and they were closed. Really inconvenient since I went out of my way because they were listed as open until ten.

I just need a battery for my Smok. To be fair this place is not much different than most smoke shops in that they will sell you bunk batteries. Last time I didn't pay so much and the battery was fully charged at least. Thanks for the $12 battery with 13% charge.

I bought a hookah here. It was malfunctioned and had to change it. The second one had some cracks and broken parts. It didn't have a box or tongs.
