I bought a mattress from Sleep 365 about a year ago and I love my new mattress! I felt it was too soft originally so the guys at the store hooked me up and we had some firmer components to replace others and now it’s perfect. Richard was a pleasure to deal with and provided the highest level of customer service, always stressed he wanted me to be satisfied, and made the whole process easy; from selection, to delivery, to making changes. He was really top-notch. The new store in Downtown San Diego is beautiful!

This location is awesome! From the owners, managers and the aesthetic of the store. It is definitely refreshing. I was honored to be there for their grand opening & it was a great experience meeting everyone involved. I see much success for them!

Sleep 365 at San Diego’s East Village is a great store. We were greeted by owners John, Richard and store manager Melissa who have amazing beds, mattresses, bedding and such beautiful accessories. Definitely recommend this store for anyone looking for high quality mattresses and accessories. Love my pillows and candles. And the mattress is a dream.

This shop is fabulous!!! The esthetics transform you to a relaxed frame of mine. The team is present. So many cool things about everything restful sleep.. example I just learned and bought pillows that you can adjust the filling to your liking.. whatttt yes it exists.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this location!! Melissa was incredibly knowledgeable about all the mattress options, and answered every question with ease. They also have a great supply of bedding, and the store smells delightful right when you walk in because of a diffuser (which is also available for purchase!). I can’t say enough good things about this store and specifically Melissa- if you need a mattress, make this your first stop!

I have a very stressful job and I have trouble sleeping. I went to Sleep365 and was greeted by Melissa and right when I walked in, she acknowledged me with a smile and asked me if I would like some water and if she can help me. I told her my sleep issue and she explained the reasons why I cldnt sleep and showed me the Supta Pillow and let me put my head on it and see how it felt. OMG, what a huge difference from my current pillow. I've been using my pillow for one week already and I haven't slept so soundly in a long time. I don't hve neck pain or a headache from tossing in turning all night. She gave me the education I needed and sloved my problem. Thank you Melissa and Sleep 365 for opening in SD. I called the San Diego store to inquire about a pillow. I am so grateful for Daniel’s support. He answered all of my questions, found out extra information for me, and even sent me a close up photo of the item! He was patient and helpful. I am excited to receive my body pillow!

My husband and I have been doing a lot of online research on natural and organic mattresses for a while now. There is no better way to find out than actually seeing and feeling the mattresses that suit our preferences best so we finally decided to check out their Los Altos store around Memorial Day weekend. We were very kindly greeted by Daniel Phuong.We were given a short questionnaire that gave him an idea on our sleeping preferences, the kind of sleepers we are, and the opportunity to feel the mattresses by really taking our time to lie down on different softness / firmness levels around the store. He very patiently, answered all our questions on the details of the mattresses. He was very nice and patient to the customers, and above all, knowledgeable of their products which was incredible as it made us feel very comfortable during our visit. We never felt rushed nor pressured to make a purchase right away.We actually took our time in buying the mattress and returned a few months later since there were a few things we had to consider before buying it. We definitely looked for Daniel right away since we had a (Daniel, if I may) PHUONG-tastic experience with him previously. We surely made time to see him regardless of the time and distance from us, and we made the right decision to purchase the perfect mattress for us. The quality of their products is superb and surely won't disappoint. Their customer service is impeccable, and we'll surely recommend their store to our friends and families!
