I had to drive up the ramp many times before I saw a sign for Alamo. I was almost afraid I wouldn't see one. The rental car drop-off was quick and easy, similar to other recent rental car drop-offs I've experienced, like at San Francisco International Airport. The staff here at SJC were polite and efficient.

2.6.23 Car does not appear to have been cleaned at all. Lipstick on the floor. Someone else's travel itinerary in glove box. The exterior has road debris on the entire back of the car. Road dust. Come on National car rental at SJC Airport you are not performing at National car Standards, way below par.

Smooth process, I am preferred status, however, I chose the long line due to having to call in same day pickup so not sure if preferred was applied. It was text on phone notified where car was ready, did not see it. Love Avis! Great experience!
