Nice little shop. The guy working there was helpful. Unfortunately, this is no longer the place to go if you're looking for vaping hardware. They only carry one kind of box mod. To be fair, most consumers are only interested in cheap disposables these days anyways.

Don't usually give 5 stars but this place deserved it! The owner right away engaged with me when I enter the store and gave me a good welcome. He was very informative with products and service. I was window shopping but it felt good doing business with an owner who cares about his customers just as he cares about his business. Highly recommend!

A wide variety of quality products to select from. Staff is very nice and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and made sure I left with exactly what I needed.

Easily the best vape+ shop I've been to in the greater bay area. Best customer service and selection hands down. I broke my glass a while back and their staff was super knowledgeable with replacements and helped me out that same day in the shop. 100% worth checking out ~

I mean I called 15 min ago and the man said they are open I got here at 9:24pm and they close early. Obviously they care more about their PERSONAL time than their business

Mario knows what he is talking about and always gives great advice on flavors to try. I drive 20 minutes out of my way just to go to his shop. I've been to several close to me, but they to hold a candle to his services and his knowledge.

Mario the owner rocks!! He's friendly, his vapes are always fresh and on point. He has a plethora of super bomb flavors annnd he even gave me a free strawberry puff*** This shop is totally awesome! I defs will be back :D

This shop has the best customer service ever. I called right before they closed and had been to 5 shops before I found this hidden gem. The kind gentlemen and young lady told me over the phone that they would stay open till I got there! I live all the way by the 101 and 85 interchange on the Southside so it takes about 20 min from where I live to get there. When I walked in they were so kind and friendly to me and my father. They we're not irritated at all that I was "that guy" walking in right before it was time to go home. Even though this was my first time here, they treated me like I had been coming there for years (cracking jokes like family does at a dinner table). The vibe in the shop reminds me of an old fashioned speakeasy and has a ton of merchandise. The best part was you could tell both employee's genuinely LIKE their job and I love that! I highly recommend this shop,. If you haven't checked it out you should! I promise you won't be won't regret that you did! 10 out of 10 Overall customer experience! 5 Star establishment hands down!!!!

This dude is the best. I came into tonight and I’ve been coming for a while and every time the guy that owns the place is awesome. Tonight I tried a new vape I’ve never tried and instantly turned around to buy a different one cuz I just didn’t like it at all. So I was planning on just biting the bullet and buying a different flavor. But Mario didn’t let me pay and with no hesitation just popped out a different one and wouldn’t let me pay. That’s why I don’t go anywhere else. Wasn’t expecting it and that’s great customer service and why I will continue to support him. As everyone else should do the same.

Yo this is the best shop around! I've been going there for a while now and my dude never fails. Tonight I got a new one that I didn't like and I came back to buy a different one and no Questions asked he gave me a different one and wouldn't let me pay. That's customer service and why I don't shop anywhere else. Solid dude right there
