I ran across SVS looking for a different company and remembered that I wanted to leave a review a few months ago. I worked with Rob Nordvick on a project in Livermore last July and have to say he is the very worst salesman that I have ever worked with. Being in the construction industry for over 20 years I have dealt with all kinds and what I always expect is that they at least have a rudimentary knowledge of what they are trying to sell me. This guy knew NOTHING and every time I asked him to give me a description of what he had to offer, he had to go back to the manufacturer and ask them. Rob here is a tip, learn at least a little about what we are talking about so you don't look like such an idiot. I've dealt with other people from SVS, Mark, Chris, Alice and a few others and all were really good people and easy to work with. If you contact SVS to get a quote and they turn you over to Rob, do yourself a favor and immediately ask for a different salesperson. You will save yourself a lot of headaches and frustration! How this guy stays employed at SVS is beyond me, he must be related to the owner is the only thing that I can think of.
