Came here last week for tinted windows for my 2016 Honda Civic. I paid $380 for 35% tints on all windows all around. I got there at 10:30..my car was finished at 1pm. It looks great & a plus was being able to roll down my windows as soon as they finished..definitely recommend coming here!

This place is always super fast and efficient. Their front office has always been kind ad courteous to me and have even helped me get my insurance stuff straight by calling them for me and walking me through the process. They let you know, down to a 15 minute interval when they're going to be done (!!!) and are super knowledgeable. I've had them work on two of my cars and I tell all my friends to go to them when their windows or windshields get broken and we've all had similar experiences. Definitely coming back whenever my windows get cracked or broken again, which sadly happens a lot in the Bay Area.

Excellent work. The business is family run and friendly, everything was explained and they answered all my questions. I'd recommend this place to friends and I will be back. Thank you! The windows turned out exactly as I wanted and my car looks very nice.

Awesome customer service! Arrived at 8am, by 10am was called to pickup the car. Replaced broken windshield in two hours, new windshield was spotless, very clean! I recommend this place and will return for all my window services. The shop is very clean! Now the car is back to being safe for my family! Thank you

Absolutely recommend this place. I dropped my car off at 830am and they called with it ready by 1030am on a Friday. Even if it did get back later than expected (before 4pm at latest they said) it was still exceptional service. The hours are listed as 8am, they answered when i called before 8 am at 730. Spoke directly with Allstate and is billing them directly. Complimentary vacuum (not detail, but very nice touch) , amazing and friendly staff. I am happy to leave a good comment here. Service i got was for a new driver side front window repair.

The price was fair the tint looked pretty good and there was no issues getting an appointment. Everything was cool a couple of days go by and I notice the passenger window isn't rolling up as smoothly as it was before the tint job. Drivers side had no issues and the vehicle was only a few months old. Now what I should have done at this point was immediately take it back to Silicon Valley Auto Glass and find out what happened but I foolishly ignored the fact that the window took a second longer to roll up then it did before the tint job. Fast forward 6 months later and I'm having to replace the window track at the cost of almost 700 bucks due to some screws missing from the window track inside the door. hmmm

I had gotten a chip on my windshield from a pebble on the freeway-- it created a crack that went halfway across. I emailed SVAGW and got a quote within an hour. They then found me an appointment the very next day. On my appointment day, I parked the car up front, checked in and left until pickup time. They finished it right on time too! Very friendly and helpful staff.

After long searching and price comparison, I got the best quote from Silicon Valley Auto Glass service for my GMC Terrain. I scheduled an appointment on Monday evening and got my car repaired the next morning. I dropped a car at 8:30 am and at 9:30 am the car was ready. Amazing service!!! Unfortunately, I forgot to take the names to thank them personally.

I've gotten my 2018/2019 civic si and my 2017 Prius prime tinted from here and I love their work. Right as you get your car tinted you can roll down your windows. They use a special film that you can roll down when its done. It's convenient and efficient. Many thinks that it's a higher price than other tint shops, but the tints last forever and I know other tint shops don't even last a year. They do incredible work and I would bring any other cars to get my tints done in the future.

I am so happy to have found This GEM! Linda and Art were really responsive. My car was broken into in broad daylight on the street in front of a Peets coffee(ridiculous). Glass everywhere, still in shock, and no one would take me. Art was really helpful, replaced the broken window in twenty minutes and the staff cleaned my car off all the glass. Very fast and professional in that short period of time. Like it never happened. I would most definitely recommend this place hopefully not under the same circumstances.

I called at 8:15 and took my car in at 10:00 & it was done by 2:30. Linda and Art are wonderful. Linda recommended the tint based on the "look" I was going for and she was spot on. My 2018 Rogue Sport looks fantastic! Sleek and sporty. Highly recommended!

Fast quote. Same day service. Reasonably priced. My car was broken into and the shattered glass was everywhere. They fixed my window quickly and vacuumed my entire car. They took care of me and showed me some kindness during rough time.

Went in to get my tint removed from side windows, (Sign off for ticket), and they were very quick. I was there for maybe 20 minutes not to mention, the place was extremely busy. Thanks guys and definitely recommending to friends and family.
