“Rick was super helpful in my quest for a plastic template to be used for my brother's ostomy bag. Since my brother didn't have a circular stoma, a template made of thin plastic was being used to trace his stoma shape onto the bag and then meticulously cutting the hole with tiny scissors. This was time consuming. I was concerned that the original thin plastic template would tear and wouldn't be useful. Rick, however, was able to make a thicker, firmer template with his laser. I sent the template to the Nu-Hope company and they used Rick's template to create the special "hole" in the bags for my brother's stoma. And because my brother is a Vet, Rick made extra templates and didn't charge me extra. I have to give credit to Tap Plastics, also, for sending me to Rick! THANK YOU, Rick! Annie N.”
