Horrible customer service! Didn’t get greeted, they are a shoe store but was told they didn’t have a shoe sizer and I had to look for help rather than someone asking me if they can help. This is the 3rd time I’ve come in here and it’s 3 strikes your out for me. I’ll NEVER go in there again.

This is really a scam store. I returned a shoe because it wasn't my size and I never got my money back I had to call my bank and waited for a month and even then I didn't get it. There's a girl who works here who enjoys being rude to customers and she was laughing when I was asking that I didn't get my refund. I don't know why such sad pscho people are hired here who is not willing to do their job properly.

How professional is it when a store manager lies about stock inventory, and then switches up her response to say that there's only less than 10 pairs of them. But then proceeds to indicating that there will be a live raffle and to come back tomorrow morning.Upon arrival to the 925 Blossom hill store located in Oakridge mall and what do you know how coincidental the female store manger tells me "we did first come first serve and they're all gone" right at opening. This is the same store manager who sells full stock to 1 person and changers people money on top of retail or will put "holds" on specific sizes which doesn't hold the integrity of the business as this makes things unfair for anybody else.In conclusion, this is just bad business practices that will tarnish the company name while creating disgruntled customers which is counterproductive in regards to the business they're trying to run.

I walk in several times in this store have many employees and don’t even ask you if you need help!! Their more important talking among themselves!! Poor customer service!! I was there to purchase 3?pairs of shoes their loss!!

What I like most about this shoe palace is that I was able to walk in and browse, there were plenty of employees, but no one stood next to me and kept asking if they could help.They seem to understand the fact that in a shoe store The shopper is in exclusive browse mode until which point they want to try on a size.

If could rate 0 stars I would. Shoe was incorrectly priced and the Store Manager would not honor. I asked for the District Manager's number and she gave me a fake number. I asked for her name and she was extremely rude and stated that she "didn't have to provide her name". Upon speaking with the District Manager, he stated that he could not honor the price because it was a different shoe. When I asked for his next level manager, the DM stated that he handles all customer service issues. Where's the customer service? It's not my fault the shoes were priced incorrectly. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION.
