Walked in with my girl and instead of a welcome greeting like you normally should get, we started getting dirty looks from the 3 employees. Whole time we're in there they don't even acknowledge us being the only ones there. We then asked for a size waiting for a while, meanwhile they're just all standing behind the counter doing nothing. Overall really bad customer service experience making this visit uncomfortable definitely don't recommend nor will be back.

The new assistant manager name Fernando needs some attitude adjustment. Nothing compared to the employees over at Bascom location. He doesn't even know what he is doing.

I called into the store today and was really impressed by the customer service CITLALY gave me . She looked up stores for the shoe I was looking for and she found one in store. Even had to get on a ladder and get it for me! She was very friendly and helpful.. Definitely will be back next time I need a new pair !! Thank you !!!!

Everyone knows this place. It's where you go to get the latest foot gear. My experience though, is with the staff. They are professional and courteous. Wasn't sure what their return policy was on some unused kicks I had in the car. They took care of me, even though I didn't have a receipt.
