The girl they have there gives terrible service, I asked her for a size, she told me that I'll bring it right now, she went directly to the desk, I waited 10 minutes and went to where she was and she was on tik. -ok, really? are you on tiktok? I thought she was looking for my size! I asked her about my shoe and she said "sorry we don't have it". And why didn't you inform me? and she just ignored me.I asked another employee and he brought it.

Absolutely no customer service, I walked in and 2 employees were standing there sharing photos on their phone, no hello, no can I help you….nothing! as someone who’s been in customer service for years this will destroy a business. With the intent of purchasing 2 pairs of shoes, I walked out with nothing.

I'm only giving this place a 5 because the young man that helped was very nice and friendly. Isaiah approached us right away and helped us find something my son would.like although they didn't have the shoes my son wanted Isaiah stayed with us and patiently waited for my son to make his choice Isaiah had great manners and was knowledgeable about the prouducts.all the the other employees should be taking pointers from Isaiah, he has excellent customer service

One of my favorite Shoe Palace locations, they usually have the new Jordans in the larger sizes which are hard to find.

This is a great shoe palace. I've been to this store three times and each time I found a great pair of shoes. The staff are super knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend this shoe palace location!

I will give them one star because they had the shoe in the size we wanted. And that's it. We were the only person in the store - yet service was horrendous. I was ready to buy this pair of shoes .... We couldn't get the sales person to stick around - no real selling involved just help us a bit. He was too busy going back to the front of the store to talk to his coworker. Several times we just sat and waited for him to decide to come back. He did not ask if the shoes fit. I asked if we could measure my daughters foot. They don't have a shoe measuring device. A shoe store. Really? I then asked how much the shoes were. $74.99 - a quick competitive scan at other stores - prices ranged from $55-$60. So hmmmm .... Horrible service and way more expensive. We got up to leave - passed him on the way out (because he was up front talking to his co worker).... he didn't say a word - as in did you decide not to get the shoes? Nothing. Outta here.

I came into this location In a rush for vans for a show I had to be at in Las Vegas. My time was seriously running on seconds. Right when I walked in Estevan greeted me and asked if I needed help? thank the gods someone was ready to help me right away. I shared what I'm looking for and he found them right away. Also found another pair at a location right by our current location. He even checked the time it would take to get to the other location WOW. He called them and told them I'll be coming and once again right when I walked in the other location they were ready to give me my shoes and get me out the door wasting no time I APPRECIATE THAT. I would like to thank Estevan so much for being on top of you're job duties you seriously are amazing with customer service. I will share this experience with friends and family and have them come here for shoe needs and the best service that you can ask for. I will only be shopping at this location for all shoe needs for now on.

I went there to go window shop. And then I wanted to buy a pair of agita slides. And they only had one side of the slides. I was looking for a size 9 there was only 1 in the Box. But it's very unfortunate that you guys just lost another customer.. Very Unfortunate that you guys lost the customer today because there was only one sandal in the Box

All these shoes on display, but no actual sizes. If you have a foot over 10 good luck. I dont know why I keep trying to buy shoes at this chain, because I'm always disappointed at the lack of availability.
