Absolutely DISGUSTING back of there store is FILTHY. Trash is thrown everywhere. No respect for the other businesses and residents in the area. This is a public health concern. Clean up the trash. We need to make our neighborhood look good. Please do better.

Why would anyone ever go to this place. It is gross inside, the staff are either non-existent or apathetic, and there is nothing there you can't find at an outlet store or below retail elsewhere. It's also pretty coincidental that the day of the Bred 4 Reimagined drop something like 30 pairs turned up literally 2-minutes down the street at Sole Priority for resale. What a joke. I don't know why Nike gives these janky retailers any decent product because they just end up being back-doored and robbing the public.

There is a lot on display but nothing in stock, lack of interest in customer service, poor communication with the customer, I don't know how this business works if always the employees have a bad attitude. a waste of time going into the store. The employees ignore the potential customers.

So on Thursday 9/21/23 I called the store at 11:30 because I was looking for a shoe for my boyfriend's mom . I specifically told her I wanted the Tasman Uggs shoes a size 8 women's color chestnut and she said she will hold the shoe for me . Then when I came there with my boyfriend after work they couldn't find the shoe that she hold it's like I was talking to airheads like how the fuck you gonna waste our time like that .

I have never had such a bad experience at Shoe Palace in my life. No one greeted me when I came in. No one asked me if I needed help. Not even the manager. I had to go up to an associate and ask for assistance after being in the store for 15 minutes. I have never went into Shoe Palace actively looking to buy a pair of shoes and come out with nothing. I requested a size 10 or 10.5 in 3 different pairs of shoes and they didn't have any of them. The female associate said she had a size 11 in 1 pair and went to the back to get them. She took 15 minutes and came back without them because she forgot. It's like she went and took a 15 minute break.

I'm not happy with the they have a backpack on sale for 58.98 and didn't sell it to me at that probe do to there errors and tried to sell it for 89.99 where they do that at???
