A hidden gem in Willow Glen for any, and all of your shipping needs. This place does a few things that it seems like no one else does.1) they ship, FedEx, and UPS, and DHL; 2) they actually scan the product in and give you a receipt rather than just telling you to stick it on the floor in the corner like some places do; and 3) it is service with a smile and super helpful staff, which is also rare in my experience in the shipping business. I would encourage anyone in Willow Glen with shipping needs to use them.

Great place to send your packages to pick up if you can’t use your home address because of lost/stolen packages! Their website also includes pick up times for FedEx, DHL, USPS, and UPS which is convenient when you need something to go out same day

ShippingX offers DHL services here! Lovely staff and very happy with the customer service I received. I sent an urgent package to Mexico and it got their on time with no issues. It was a smooth process overall.

Well I set up delivery at this location since it would be easier. Shipper couldn't make the delivery because they were closed on a Friday and Saturday. I tried calling the next "open" day and no response. It was a pain getting the parcel carrier to set up a new pick up location. All of this ended up costing me a few days and totally making everything delayed. Don't use this location.

Shipping X is great they are close by so I always use them to pick up my packages and to ship , they also don’t have long lines like the post office does. They are all very nice and provide great customer service. Overall it’s always a pleasant experience with them.

My goto place for print, scan, copy, send. They do it all. Family owned business, one stop shop for all my office needs. Conveniently located in downtown Willow Glen. Plenty of parking in the back. I never have to wait in line. So much better experience than going to a larger shipping store!
