I needed a color match. I came in at 4:45 and they close at 6. I called
prior about getting a color match. I was told it wouldn’t take more than an hour. The guy matched the color but gave me satin for the exterior. Who in the heck paints an exterior with satin? I needed ASAP so I had no choice. The color matched but satin? I have an indoor project that I’m going to do. I won’t be buying my paint from this company or store Stay away

They can’t get the right color for me. I came ask them exchange they said NO.
Not recommend this sherman william location.
Bad service
I’m a contractor and have a lot paint project, i start try sherman paint but this Location No good.
i’m going to use paint from Home Depot or Dunn Edward.

From what I understand the staff is good. My problem was getting a sample color in Morgan Hill didn't match the swatch, ok I get that. But getting the same paint on Blossom Hill was a TOTALLY different color. And Sundays they are closed. I wanted to have a fit, but I had to finish, the color wasn't too bad, so I just covered the original color Too inconsistent for me. Be happy you were closed cos I went full blown Karen at home Update Husband got more paint yesterday. Asked for Swiss coffee. Paint wasn't mixed so now we notice it's unmarked and white with no mix-in. So second chance didn't work out too well. So far the other colors seem correct. I cannot recommend this particular Sherman Williams store. Morgan Hill was more consistent. It isn't likely tho I will use this place again, next time the color might matter more and I can't trust Sherman Williams to respect that

We brought paint into be matched and get 5 gallons. It was 5:23Pm and they close at 6:00pm. The girl said they couldn't do it by 6:00. There was no one else in the store. It was her attitude that really was annoying. She told us to walk over to the samples and match it.

So far so good. great selection of colors. they pretty much leave you alone when you go in, which I kinda love. I don't need to make small talk about paint. easy parking.

I stopped by this store to do color match 10 min to 5:00p.m on Aug 16th.I was very upset.I do not like crew's attitude and service.I do not go this store anymore.

Great cust service. Fast service. They also keep records of previous paint purchases so you don't have to keep bringing in paint samples.

I just left this Sherwin-Williams and the experience was mediocre at best. The woman and gentleman who were working were very lazy and did not care to explain anything when they very quickly mumbled "what kind of product and sheen". I repeated the name of the color thinking that's what she meant by product. She annoyingly shows me the chart of the different products without providing any helpful words or explanation. There was a woman next to me being helped by the gentleman working and he was even less helpful to her, who very clearly knew nothing about paint (and while her English was great, it wasn't her first language, so I'm sure she was hoping to get at least a few words of assistance). I actually had to tell her what sheen I went with to try and help the situation. I would never want these two on my team! Remember, how you do anything is how you'll do everything. Have a little more pride and self respect - the universe is going to keep showing you the same lessons until you learn.

I began my painting project in the fall/winter 2020. When I initially started the painting project I worked with the manager Jesse to figure out paint color/paint finish/# of gallons needed. The project took longer than I anticipated and I only was able to finish it in June 2021. When I returned to the paint store Jesse's team assisted me and all were wonderful! I needed to get more of the same paint, but there is a paint shortage so the team patiently helped me figure out a similar finish. Additionally, what they didn't have in stock in their store they helped locate and brought over to their store so I could pick up from their store directly and not run around. I have been in many paint stores and this has amazing customer service, is so clean (and smells good), is well lite so easier to get a sense of color, and overall a friendly experience. Thank you to the entire blossom hill Sherwin Williams team!
