If I could have done lower then 1 star. .I came yesterday for oil and to check tire it was low when I return to pick my car the lady there said I need rotors and brakes took to skips on blossom free inspection brakes and rotors were good how dishonest these people our never will bring any of my cars here go some where you can. trrust. skips they won't lie to you ever do not come to shell on blossom and snell

Zero stars Rude guy at the shop locked the doors and put up a sign to go to the window. I go to the window and the guy says he is closed and won't serve me. What the f*** he has a dog loose by the food and his wife in there but he can't get a lousy drink and give me gas. Horrible customer service This guys should be fired lol

This place HAS THE WORST GAS you can put into your car. I average 340 mpg on a full tank. I just filled up with 91 octane and it gave me 254 miles on full. If I could drain this trash water out of my car I would.

I always get gas here for my car, I always use premium and of course it being shell I notice the gas lasting. I also use the fuel rewards program to get a 5¢ a gallon or if you have T-Mobile you can earn an extra 10¢ plus the 5¢ so it gives you a really good deal. The only reason why I gave it 4 instead of 5 is because how busy the corner is and to get to it you kinda have to get into the area quickly. Lots of traffic at that intersection.

Went there today because my engine light popped up this morning. I explained my issue that i just need a quick check to find out what the problem is. The guy barely spoke english and had a heavy Asian accent, it was very hard to understand what he was saying. First off he just ripped my car keys out of my hand, sat into my car and turned it on. I don't think that is ok in times of Covid-19 without even asking or gloves on. Then he started filling out some paperwork and tells me to sign. I just saw $95?! I asked him, excuse me that's what you want me to pay to JUST check my engine light and he goes yes. Alright, i told him no thank you and left. $95 to check my engine light, that is ridiculous, total rip off. Don't go there. I can't imagine how much i would have actually paid for a service. I went to O'Reilly's instead, they do it for free.

First impression really dirty pumps screens so dirty hard to read them. Nothing some some Windex and soap and water could fix. I have no feedback on their service or auto care. Just the very dirty gas pumps.

Operationally there seems to be a breakdown somewhere... my only explanation is... There must be enough "Habit Shoppers" to account for the loss due to poor customer service.

Came here and the attendant came out to inform us that the credit card machine was down due to the rain. He took my cash and ran back to the shop so I can fill my tank up without getting wet. Amazing service. Attendant had long hair. Thanks again

Yesterday 3/29/2019 shell allows racist employee women to go on rant because a women decided to speak Spanish while holding a child,cashier was obviously intoxicated at the time. I've attached a video of the whole ordeal.

Ugh. Out of desperation or laziness, I used this Shell, even though none of the pumps had those tamper seals on them. It feels like I just had relations with a one-night-stand without protection. Ugh.

This one star is solely due to the fact that the gas terminal's here have CONSISTENTLY had the tamper seal's slit open and card skimmers placed inside. I've had my card number stolen as well as some neighbors. When I realized that it may have been this gas station I went and checked the tamper seals and sure enough they were broken. I asked the clerk (owners son) to open the gas pump so I could see. Guess what? He tells me he doesn't have the keys because the shop was broken in to months prior and the pump keys were stolen. Awesome. So use cash or check the tamper seals before using cards!!
