The mechanic has always treated me fairly. He doesn't try to upsell me or push unnecessary repairs. The prices for maintenance and repair are reasonable. He completes work promptly and updates me on issues.

The mechanic there is very lazy. Every time I go to do it and oil change. He tells me to come back the next day… he’ll be working on one car and they don’t do no serious engine work. All they do is minor work so he can’t be working on one car for eight hours. He is just a very lazy mechanic, always telling me to come back the next day to do an oil change, which is like 30 minutes of his time which I am paying for

I come in here at least 2 to 3 times a week for either gas or beverages and today was the first time that I actually enjoyed my visit. Jamaica is one of the employees that work here and she is honestly such a good experience she's so lively so welcoming and very pleasant and professional. I appreciate her efforts and I'm excited to experience great customer service from her again.

Consistently closes before the time they say they close, they close at 10 and I always get there around 945 and if the older Asian man is closing he always closes the store before 10 today was 944 and the shop was closed even though I double checked the hours stated on their store that says 10, super frustrating

Their machine went wonky and ate my credit card and won't let me have it back. Had to call the attendant and he didn't know what to do. Stood there for a good 30 minutes trying to figure out what to do. He kept pressing differing buttons and stuff. Then he gave up and all of a sudden the machine spits my credit card out. He suggested I try another machine for my gas so I tried another machine and same thing happened!! I panicked because i did not want to be stuck there for another 30 mins. Luckily, this machine just took a bit longer to process the card and it went through. Got my gas finally but what an ordeal. There's always a few machines not working properly for whatever reason here. Just luck of the draw. On the bright side, it seems to be not too busy whenever I'm there and clean around the gas station. I've also used the car wash and it's pretty convenient with the purchase of gas there.

Just want to clear up some confusion for those who left one star! A double charge or some sort of fraud at the pumps is bogus! They are inspected every shift (twice a day) what looks like a double charge to some of you customers is this: 1) is a preauthorization charge say ex. $60. What you asked for, but u only pump $50. The remainder $10 automatically goes back to your card and $60 u preauthorized turns into a +$10! If you believe you've been double charged plz come in with a bank statement proving otherwise and we'll gladly refund u for any such double charge! And to the gentleman about the air for a dollar that employee no longer works there I'm sorry that happened to you but at the same time free air is for paying customers and you should have your receipt when you come and ask for it for verification & you think air is free yea sure the air u breath but it's not when you have 50+ people using the machine and destroying the hoses that are pretty expensive and need constant repairing! And your all right its a $1.00 verry cheap! Cheapest i know in san jose as far as an air machine goes. Pay it if not a customer, Dont like it.. Well goodluck maybe u can fart into tht tire valve!

Car wash - greatVacuum - not what I expectedCar wash is great & convenient and I like to use the stamp card to earn points for a free car wash. Plus, sometimes there is a person there and they will help punch the buttons for you and also protect your rear windshield wiper blade like they did for my hatchback car.And for anyone curious like I was, the vacuum at this car station does work. I used 4 quarters and found out $1 = 3 minutes of vacuum time. Once you put in the money, the vacuum suction turns on automatically and you cannot pause or stop it until end of timer. So I suggest getting your car ready before putting in the money like I did. There is a convenient garbage can right next to the vacuum machine which can be nice if you have trash bigger than the vacuum hose can handle.Anyway, I enjoy the car washes here, but if you are here for vacuum just keep in mind that $1 is worth 3 minutes time to clean the inside of the car and it has no pause button.Hope this helps someone!

Be aware that the Credit Card readers at the pump maybe hacked. I got Credit Card fraud after visiting this station. For the owner, check your pumps and install security cameras!
