Patel was very disrespectful and rude shaking his head and hands saying no!when I asked for coins to use the vacuum they have available, as if I was a homeless person. I lefted to get change came back he was ignoring me when I wanted to purchase gas he's completely unprofessional and treats only his kind of people with respect .

I inserted my credit card into the pump, it locked my card, but the screen locked up and it wouldn't return my card. I went to the service attendant, and asked him if he would help me get my card out. The first attempt he just ignored me. I went to the attendant a second time and he said he won't exit the booth unless I put a mask. I said we're outside i don't need a mask, I will stay 10 feet away I just want my credit card back. He continued to delay inside the booth. There were no other customers. I went back a third time and finally convinced him to help me get my credit card back. I think this is a little ridiculous, I won't go back and deal with this nonsense

Honestly the worst gas station I have been to. One of the workers there is rude and it is so pricey. The worst part is they rip you off. My Fuel Rewards doesn't work half the time and when you talk to the person there for help they say it is too late. Shell gas is already way more expensive than other gas stations even after using the Fuel Rewards. I am definitely not going to fill up at Shell anymore.

Bad service , worse costumer service and bad actitud and never go early in the morning on you way to work because they always act like they gonna count the registry money so they can be close or just not attend you may as well not having a person there

Do not go here!!!! Not only do they only take debit for both pump and store bought goods but I was also told they could not take my cash because I had a Colorado ID. Get gas somewhere else.

This f****** place is horrible I stop by to buy a drink before heading on the road back home on Christmas Day and the guy told me, "No,No,No" shaking his hands and refused to take my 20$ to pay for a Gatorade. Yet he was so nice and polite to the woman in front of me. The 20$ was perfectly fine I went across the street and bought a drink there with no issues at all.
