Stop by for propane refill and they said they were “too busy” to do it even though I was the only customer in the store. When I asked the employee again if he can help me out since I needed the propane for my camping trip, he suggested that I should go somewhere else to get propane. You got to love the customer service here.

I recently visited this Shell location, and it was an outstanding experience! ? The staff here are incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. ?

I went to fill air in my tire at the gas station The pump wasn’t working I paid twice and when I went in to inform the person at the counter he got mad at me and started yelling. Bad customer service and super bad attitude. Don’t think I am ever coming back.

One of the female employees is not very bright and does not know how to count. I attempted to buy an energy drink for about three dollars- something. I pay with a twenty dollar bill and she gives me just over a dollar change back. I point out her mistake and she insisted I paid with a five. Seriously!? How stupid can you get. I kept having to repeat myself that I paid with a twenty until she finally gave in and gave me my proper change. No apology either.

There was an irresponsible Indian employee who locked up the entire store and refused me entry when he was supposed to be working. He said the store was closed, but I clearly saw it said open 24 hours on the door. I hope this irresponsible employee can be punished.

Never any receipt at the pump you have to go inside and wait for store customer to finish, your clerks are RUDE & the managers are Lazy . Fix it or Loose it !!

4 of us put all of our items on the counter, 5 drinks, 3 pop tarts, one bag of veggie chips one salami snack pack, lunchable, and one pack of KrackCorn. She didn’t offered a bag, and when we asked, the owner said you have a lot of hands they can help or 20 cents. And I said CUSTOMER SERVICE, is anything over two handfuls of items, you offer a bag before you ask us to pay. She said only for .20. So we all grab our things and drive off. My bag of KrackCorn is over a year old!!!! So no bag an OLD ITEMS!!!

The employees here were super helpful and friendly. Needed a 10lb propane tank filled for my overland trip. And no uhual would fill it no othe gas station in san jose would fill it, and i didn't wanna travel across town here. But I wasted more time trying multiple places. I should have just come here even though it's across town. Thanks for your professional attention to what yall do.

Love this place! They have just about everything.. fresh orange juice, frozen yogurt, a car wash & great customer service!
