Girl at the register said if you want gas pay with card because it was 3:20 in the morning she didn't want to be bothered for anything ? this service is the worst

The gas pump does not give you a receipt so you have to go inside to get one. The lazy attendant does not put paper in the reciept box.

Do not visit this shell. Not only is it always super busy, over crowded at the pumps, but there are always some weird or unsafe characters around this gas station or very old run down cars parked here.Also, the customer service is terrible! This is the worst she’ll I’ve been to in my life. Stick with the shells that have the Loop stores, I prefer the Berryessa location on Lundy and Berryessa road or the Capitol and Hostettor location which is larger, cleaner, and has friendlier staff. I’ve never felt more unwelcomed in my life at this shell nor received such non-chalant and rigid customer service from staff that said they do not care about the customer or their experience, they only care about not losing money.Apparently they exude some sort of bias and prejudice against people in the east side because they everyone in the area complains and is unsatisfied with their services and so pleasing the customer is not of priority or importance to them. You know, your first mind is always right and I wasn’t going to stop here but thought it’s right by the freeway- so why not? But after the frustrating experience I received from low level untrained staff, I will never return and I hope my neighbors in the area do not return to this place either, go to the new Chevron across the street or to another shell.Also, do not use their car wash! They do not care about the quality of products or the quality of the wash. They do not care if it’s rinsed correctly, if the soap successfully covered and cleaned your car, if your trunk or hood has dirt streaks, or still looks like you were parked near someone with an electric lawn blower. Apparently replacing soap is too costly for them and they do not work with you in any kind of way to make sure their products and experience is up to par even if you chose their best wash which comes with all of these additional add-ons.I’ve never met such unwavering behavior when showing such dissatisfaction. I’ve been in Berryessa 20+ years and you can tell they aren’t local and do not care about the locals or keeping the neighborhood happy and thriving. Such cold and stiff robotic personalities, they should not be anywhere where they have to interact and speak with people, there’s no getting through to anyone in this place! Just skip this place entirely. As someone who has worked with international and ESL students for years, I have a lot of patience, but what I don’t have patience for are staff and a place of business that negates your feelings, dismisses average/poor quality of products or services and then blames the customer or relies on their own opinion and then declines to offer any kind of understanding resolution or empathy. You won’t last long or receive returning customers with this behavior.

Wow.... And I really didn't think people wrote reviews on gas stations but I should have looked before even spending any hard working dollars at this low level customer service operating establishment. They don't even deserve 1 star, I would give a half of a star. Talk about rude! And after reviewing their other reviews and customer experiences, it wasn't just me. They are apparently rude people and rude to everyone and I don't know why this place is even still here. They should go somewhere else in an area where people don't care about service and quality and put something else useful for us at this corner of Capitol and McKee. Don't come here just because it's off the freeway- it's not convenient because you will not receive good service and you will not be happy. In fact will never return this place EVER. I will stick to my first mind and only spend my hard earned dollars at the Berryessa Shell, the Hostettor Shell, and the Sierra Rd Shell by Piedmont hills hs. You can certainly tell they are not locals from the area and they have some prejudice for people living on this east side area because when let them know instantly about their quality of products that I was dissatisfied with they said oh we lose money everyone over here does this in this area we don't care about the customer being satisfied you get what you pay for here and we don't want to keep losing money if everyone is complaining and saying xyz about our products. Well, if this is a common occurrence, perhaps this isn't a "everyone over here says the same thing" issue this is a YOU issue. Clearly you either need to update your containers, wipers, washers, whatever so that if people are paying for something they expect it to match what is on the screen or poster what they're paying for. You know this area is too busy, it's right off the freeway, it's usually packed with cars or kind of weird suspicious looking people or cars at certain times of the day and I don't like going here. I was getting on 680 so I stopped so it happened to be convenient but had I known I would deal with such rigid, stubborn, and unfriendly biased behavior from 3 staff I wouldn't have been wasted my time. Do not support this place, do not buy gas, do not pay for a car wash here. They do not care if your car is clean, they do not care if their soap successfully covers your car and takes of dirt and grime, they do not care if the wipers work or if your car is rinsed. They only care if they lose money as if soap is so expensive right? I get water but we're not in a drought anymore but if more people were satisfied they would tell others and we would continue to bring you service and money, but no you give us the poorest customer service I've ever received in this area and I've been in Berryessa 20+ years! This is why is stick to my Berryessa shell with loop. You never get such poor behavior and customer interaction, those cute little ladies even on Hostettor too, they smile they greet you. They're happy. These ppl have low monotone voices, robotic interactions and faces and just don't even try to resolve anything. I hate I wasted my time and money. I shouldn't have to talk to 3 people who all act the same way, talk the same way, have rigid unpersonable behavior and truly let you know we do not care if the customer is happy or not and we do not care if you leave angry. Such a display of non-chalant behavior, I'm disgusted and disappointed. Skip this she'll on McKee and Capitol at all costs.....

Barely had anything when I got there. Car wash didn't work, no window wipers. Everything was so dirty and the gas was meh. Don't recommend

Only reason why I put 5 stars is because the car wash. The car wash is good just expect it to get very very busy. Besides that, everything else is okay

Staff was so rude. He yelled at me telling me I got gas into my car when my "mile range" didn't go up after getting gas.

- Very convenient gas station off 680- Finally updated the transaction interface (previously was very outdated and the transaction screen/card scanner always looked sketchy)- Location has vacuum and carwash- Food mart does the job with snacks and drinks- Location is also on opposite corner from 76 and Chevron so prices are pretty competitive

Staff member was so rude and was wearing a mask below his nose while standing so close that I had to step back. What’s the point of wearing a mask if it’s below your nose? When the pump said to go see the cashier, he told me it’s an issue with my cars even though I hadn’t even inserted my card yet. He followed me to it and cancelled the transaction and told me to do it again. I asked when I would be prompted about the car wash since I didn’t see it this far and he responded “it’ll come up”. He then told me the simplest concept that he kept insisting I didn’t understand even though and completely unprovoked got mad and said “I won’t help you” and walked away. Dude-who-wears-mask-below-nose needs anger lessons and possibly communication classes because I understood what he meant but he was insisting I can’t comprehend that “$0.15 is greater than $0.05”.. ok buddy.

do not shop here!!!! tonight I got gas and a carwash here, within 5 minutes of leaving I get an alert from my bank that someone, obviously working there, had tried to charge $85 to my card, but it being an atm card and not a credit card it wouldnt go though without the pin # I will be contacting the owner in the morning
