Today services wasn't too friendly . I feel as if I was being judge some dishonesty apply too good services don't need to lie to ur customer screen tells it all this is what I was told I have already have discount but screen still say (waiting on cashier) ???

This criticism has solely to do with customer service yet not in sales. I walked past this station last night in the wee hours. Next door between Burger King and the shoe store a water pipe had bursted and was shooting up water 20 feet in the air. A few cars were driving by but I didn't see any authorities. I walked up to the Shell as it was right next door and at the open window to ask the employee to call the police, at least....I didn't know who else to call in the middle of the night. I showed him my phone and that it was on 0% charge (otherwise I would have not asked him and I wouldn't even feel the need to write this now as I would have sorted it out). He asked me three times where this was happening....I said....Right next door at the Burger King; there's water spewing everywhere. He thought, I'm sure, that I was just some crazy lady. I said listen 'all I'm asking IF YOU COULD BE A GOOD STEWARD and call the authorities on this matter. And he absolutely refused. Screw this employee. He should be fired for simply NOT CARING.

I CANNOT BELIEVE WHAT I JUST WITNESSED! Employees treat customers terrible and they steal from customers. The Asian man and Indian man working steal from customers and are very rude. There was a couple who paid for gas and the employee put it on wrong pump and would not refund her. Another customer pumped their gas. I walked out without buying anything! I would rather run out of gas than support a company who does this to people. The workers should be ashamed of themselves. This area is not so good so the employees better be careful treating people like this. This could have ended differently and could have put everyone in danger. The staff have no training to deescalate situations. They only made this worse. They should have gave the customer the gas they paid for. I told the couple to contact corporate as I will be doing the same. There's a reason this gas station has terrible reviews.

the worst gas station every. employees are no help...pimps are iffy when I have went there. Even as a last resort is not worth it.

Very rude cashier lady. Absolutely gross attitude! This cashier is usually working Saturday and Sunday morning. She has a low ponytail please be aware of her. Ignores customers specially when you are a women! Who ever her parents are did a crappy job raising her. This lady has no shame and education clearly since she does not know how to respect others.

Accidentally pressed the carwash button while filling up, it asked me what type of car wash so I pressed cancel, it immediately said remove nozzle so I assumed the car wash was cancelled however the receipt shows that they charged me 10 bucks for a carwash I clearly pressed cancel on. So if you press the carwash button by mistake you are immediately committed to a 10 buck wash even if you press cancel. Ripoff, bad business practice.

Friendly employees. It can get busy pretty quick, but it's expected. The car wash is very convenient and does a good job. The vacuum is a plus as well. The only downside is that its hard to get thru sometimes since everything is so close together.
