I used the vacuum cleaner for my car. There was not mention of the rates, but I was told $2. Instead, I was charged $10 to my credit card.

i live down the street and always stop by here because it's the closest store to my house and is open 24 hours. Went to get a coffee tonight because i was studying late and the old chubby built asian man with pony tail took my coffee and kicked me out because he said i looked like a guy in one of the pictures they have posted up on the wall??? nice place to go if you want to get racially profiled

Pretty disappointed, I decided going to this Shell randomly because I was a regular customer there a few years back...and well I cannot believe the customer service I received. Instead of hiring people who are US citizens that can communicate with customers, what did they do? Seems as if they snuck so and so's relative from Cambodia...I've seen it done at the nail salon and I'm pretty sure they train them to say the "basics" and not even understand. Might as well of just hired a robot. Sorry dude!

This location is racist!!! On Christmas day at 3am I ran out of gas on the freeway exit 4c. This was the nearest stop exit so I stopped for gas and the cashier refused my service. When asked what time they would reopen even though they claim 24hrs, he yelled GO. People like this don't deserve mercy, they need to go straight to hell or whatever rock they've crawled from. Do NOT patronize this business if you still believe in humanity.

Don't ever come to this store ,the Asian dude he was so rude with all the customers and with his an a** bad attitude I've never seen any customer services like him please come to the other store we get more Respect not like in this place yackkk

This place has gone downhill. They don't serve donuts anymore the gas pump took my debit card but when it asked if it was a debit card the yes and no keys were so damaged I had to go inside. When I got to the register the cashier was having a phone conversation in Chinese? ON SPEAKER! No apologies, kept talking while ringing me up. Didn't acknowledge that the pump was damaged when I mentioned it either. Sorry I interrupted your phone call. I live down the street, don't care how convenient, I won't be back.
