The one lady was rude ? no help from here she's very immature we paid $45.00 and she only put $15.00 in our gas I went back in what happened to the rest of my $35.00 she didn't say anything... The bathroom is always gross ? I went in the bathroom today blood literally everywhere in the bathroom in the toilet on the toilet in the sink on the floor on the door handle on the glass to the mirror... I reported them to the FDA and the state of California... I'm not going back to that gas station no way the lady is very immature she flipped off my husband she's very immature...

The owner (think so at least) was very kind and tried to help me out when I had a puncher. Unfortunately the situation couldn’t be resolved but it was awesome they were willing to help out someone in need.

Do not go here!!!! -MANNY HAS BEEN HOLDING MY CAR HOSTAGE he says due to improper paperwork. He did work to the car without my authorization. Its now been one year, I took my new mechanic to pick it up, come to find out Manny did not do any work to my vehicle, he said if i do things to him he would give my car back for free, disgusting, I paid a $1,000 to get my car. All I asked for was a simple fix which is no more than $150 for parts.The owner is a old rude white guy that is extremely mean n ruthless. The only reason they get away with it is because they think a girl will do nothing about it. Well Im he'll fire. I'm taking Manny down! THIS SHOP TAKES ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN and men.... DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE go anywhere but here, I mean literally anywhere but here...I recommend to go to Tom's Auto Repair he is professional and trustworthy!

The worker at this place is an a hike he yelled at my wife to leave the inside of the store she said it stinks of cigarettes. Not worth your time or money customer service is a must and in decline these days not gonna waste my time to pay someone to treat my wife like s#it

Speaking solely on filling up with payment at the pump(never had interaction with attendant) they more often than not have the lowest per gallon price.

The old man who works at this gas station is grumpy and rude. Doesn't seem like an off day (we all have those, which is ok) since there are many reviews about this. It seems more like a behavior.For anyone who is considering getting gas here, why?Not the cheapest, not the cleanest, not the easiest to navigate around in, poor customer treatment. There are so many gas stations nearby to choose from that would offer a better experience. It seems small, but why even choose this place knowing there is a chance to be treated as such.Unless you're in a pickle and need gas really bad, there is a Chevron under 5 mins and 1.8 miles away with better customer service, cleaner facilities, and much wider space to get in and out of.Don't set yourself up for a potential encounter!

Not the greatest.Go for a Chevron instead-!! Chevrons always have bathrooms available. Shells don't.

Where’s the negative 5 stars option?The cashier (an older man) refused to turn on the air machine for me because I was not a customer. Even better, the cashier came out to tell me that I had to leave because I was not a customer (I was parked there for a few mins to look up another gas station and no one was there).Does shells have any protocols for customer services?! I know I won’t be a customer at this location for sure!

Just now close to 5 PM, the worker an older Caucasian male, took advantage of my partner whom does not speak English. He (my partner) went in and handed him $40 to fill up the tank. Only $30 was issued on the pump. When I went in to clarify, the worker argued saying it wasn't true and that a different amount and bills were handed. He the proceeded to count the drawer and after mumbling to himself, confirmed the pump and we left out. When we got back to the pump, only $5 more was issued.As an much older man (maybe somewhere in his 70s-80s) you'd think he'd have some kind of integrity.Shady practice. Shady person. Bad representative of Shell.
