It says it's open 24/7 (on Google maps and on Shell website) but Monday 2am it's closed. Shouldn't be too hard to post correct hours.

⚠️WARNING DO NOT USE YOUR DEBIT CARD HERE⚠️First off a gallon of gas was $5.89I put in one gallon when the pump stopped. I hung up the nozzle and grabbed my receipt $6.85 was my total almost a whole dollar more than advertised.I drove down to Safeway and when I went to pay for my groceries, I had insufficient funds.Looking at my account I saw that Shell Gas Station took out $50 !!Who authorized you to take 8 times the amount purchased? I did not,and I did not see any signs saying that you were going to do so.Really awful way to do businessIf there are any attorneys who would like to represent me in this case again Shell I am down.

It is not open 24hours like it said on Google and have had issues with my bank account where they would take more money than they should. Although it would get refunded instantly

They closed 1 minute after I got there even though I was out of gas and got there right before closing time. This place is overpriced and has terrible customer service.

CREEPY GAS STATION ATTENDANT THAT WORKED NIGHT SHIFT ON 12/15!!!! My boyfriend and i had every intention to pump gas and get a drink but we were held up on a phone call so we were just sitting idly next to the pump for less than 5 minutes AND THE ATTENDANT COMES OUT WITHOUT SAYING A WORD TO US AND TAKES A PICTURE OF OUR CAR!!!! When we confronted him on why he did so, he said "it's the law" and he needs to take a picture of the car if no one hasn't gotten gas when they've been sitting there for 10 minutes???? Like i said, we definitely haven't been there for that long and if there is a law stating such thing, we have no problem with it but he could've approached this in a much respectful way rather than being a complete creep coming behind our vehicle and snapping a pic WITHOUT speaking to us!!! We decided to take our business elsewhere!! Terrible experience and extremely poor customer service!! DONT GO HERE ESPECIALLY IF THAT CREEPY GUY IS WORKING!!!!

The store clerk Mahamud just doesnt want to his job. Came to the counter abd he was behaving too busy and then said I don't need yoir money. He basically said he's just showing up to get the paucheck.

I get my cars smogged here and the guy that works in the garage is great! Extremely friendly and honest. I had a high mileage car burning oil that failed smog, he was able to fix it the same day (some sort of gasket problem) and stuck to his quote, which was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to come back for other work.

I like to bring my cars here because the mechanic is honest. He fixed two punctures for only 20$, even though it’s 15$ per tire. I paid him 30$ anyways. In the past he has done work on my car without up charging me for other stuff like the rest of the places.

Just pull in and saw the dual gas Tanker filling up the station, was about to put gas in when I saw the Tanker driver smoking a cigarette next to the tanker truck, i confront him about smoking and he reply that he has been doing this for 20 years, I left before it might be his last day delivering gas.

I took my car in to have smog check done so I can finish registration for my car. First problem was they gouge the s*** out of the consumer on the price of this mandatory service. I agreed even though kinda priced too high just to have it done and I wouldn't have to worry about it. After about 10 minutes of the service manager inspecting under my hood, not some flunky but the manager, informed he he was unable to perform the smog. I asked him why and he told me he was unable to identify the required smog equipment in my vehicle. This a California "star certified" smog check station and a general repair shop. They could not even identify smog parts what would they do fixing your vehicle?! If I could give a negative star count I would. And to top it off the service manager acted smug after telling me could not do the smog check

came here after a move to fill my uhaul - using a walmart moneycard for this transaction/move. It takes my card and gives me the gas... $37 worth. Then I suddenly see on the MoneyCard app that $125 is also removed on a separate transaction! We go in to find out if they know the pump is set up to steal from people & the clerk actually pretends to know what happened, tells us he has that happen, too. I had him call the manager, they had a lengthy convo but all I got out of it was that in 3 business days the "deposit" will be refunded. I told the kid to stop telling customers his opinion, find out next time wtf is going on, and to have the owner put a sign on the pumps that THERE WILL BE A $125 HOLD ON ALL DEBIT AND PREPAID CARDS. For those who don't know: the owner is the one who decides whether a "hold" will be placed on a card & how much. Nowadays with instant transactions there is NO REASON to hold any amount on any card prepaid or otherwise. The refund came Tuesday a.m. almost 48 hours later. Not cool. Unfortunately, in a time that anyone can come here with their own ideas about how free and easy it is to scam people, the idea that any pump at any station is going to be a typical experience is just no longer true. I always held Shell in high regards until now. Please check the ratings on review sites. I might not have come here had I done just a little sneakapeek at yelp beforehand. Please complain to the corporate headquarters, as other reviewers are indicating. Eventually it should make some impact.
