Puts gas in wrong location and still charges amount to card. And smiling they say sorry we can’t do nothing.
Owner replies and till this day no resolution. Number has been blocked apparently. Great customer service. I wonder does the gas station have cameras?

We stopped for air in our tire and paid $2 for use of their machine to fill our tire. I was shocked they were charging so much. Instead of getting air, it took out air from our tire. When I went in to report the issue and request refund for the $2 that we paid, I was told this was not possible even though their machine wasn’t working. Poor customer service and we won’t be getting gas here anymore. Fix your machines and refund your customers if they don’t get what they paid for.

The car wash is very bad. Very little detergent and water is used for washing. The car remains wet after drying and dirty.

Ya the car wash here is a rip off!!! I paid for the cheapest wash and the soap and brush did only one cycle you get what you pay for.... next time I paid for more expensive wash and there was No difference one cycle soap and brush. Rip-Off!!!!

Ridiculous. I went to vaccume my car and when I put in all the money it was not working so I went in and told them it was not working and they said "sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt" so i asked ok can I get reimbursed since it is not working? He said no. Giving it was $1.50 but who cares I paid for it and it wasn't working. I think the correct thing to do would have been to give me the money back right!?

I stopped here on a Thursday evening. My Shell gas card had a zero (0) balance, so I needed to use it to keep my account active. Otherwise, I would of gone elsewhere because this station has high gas prices. Regular was $5.59 when I was there. I just checked GasBuddy, and it only dropped to $5.50/ gal. That's high because alot of places have already gone under the $5.00 mark. Also, this station is dirty! The washer soap smelled like sewer water. When was the last time it was checked? Yes, the bad reviews about the car wash are believable, since the rest of the station is neglected. I went into the C-store to get some snacks and the cashier seemed friendly and nice. I didn't check out the restrooms. There was a person at the pumps working on his pickup truck. I guess he was doing something mechanical, but it seemed odd. You just get a weird vibe here. This Shell station is located at Bernal Rd & San Ignacio Ave, near the Hwy 101 x Rt 85 junction. Luckys, McDonald's, and Jack in the Box are nearby. Features- Wide islands, C-Store, carwash

I bought a car wash, went to drive in and it was closed. So today I went back and asked if my code was still good or has it expired. They told me I had 90 days. When I entered my code it said invalid. I went back into the store. They told me I had already must of used it. The receipt has been in my car since I purchased the 13.00 wash. I told them I never used it. Instead of good customer service and giving me a new code they said I was out of luck. I told them I am never going to purchase gas or anything else from this station. I have 4 cars and drivers at my house and we fill up regularly. I guess 13.00 means more then losing customers. Very poor customer service

Don't use the vacuums, they charge your card and they don't work.
