The owner went from 0 to racist in a span of a 15 second conversation.
I read the board in the car wash driveway that we must presoak the car before the wash. Seeing no attendant around, being the only car waiting, I started soaking the car. The owner came running and asked me to stop. I pointed at the board directing people to presoak the car but he didn’t seem to care and instructed me to stop, which I did. I told him I won’t be coming back to his business because of this rude interaction which perhaps ticked him off into a racist rant. Especially upsetting because I was with my little daughter in the car.
The wash itself is basic, no real advantage to coming here over going to any other gas station.

Very bad service, the person serving is in a very bad mood and is even rude, I went to wash my car and I got all wet, I poured all the soap on my face, he didn't even give me time to close the door and when I told him, you didn't even get me wet. He asked me for an apology, as if he didn't care what courage ?

Paid for a $17 car wash, machine spray soap and water , didn’t even dry our car and we had to have hand dry . Horrible place , don’t go here

Possibly the most disrespectful gas station owner in San Jose.
This gas station is where I always go to get my car washed, as their Ultimate wash has always left my car looking great. The Ultimate wash comes with a foam wash, rinse, polish, and wax.
Today I paid $17 for the Ultimate, and after the foam wash and first rinse, the stoplight inside turned green momentarily and told me to move forward. I moved forward a couple of feet, and the stoplight turned red again and told me to stop. I thought this was strange, but at this point my car hadn't been polished, waxed, or dried, so I stopped to finish what I paid for.
After driving out of the wash, the owner was waiting for me in the parking lot, stopped me, then proceeded to accuse me of stealing the wash paid for by the car behind me. I tried to explain that it was a misunderstanding and that I didn't leave the car wash because it immediately told me to stop again after telling me to move forward and that my car hadn't even been dried yet, but the owner just kept talking over me and angrily saying "do you not ******* know how a car wash works?"
The whole thing happened in front of a parking lot full of people who were all looking at me like I'd stolen something, so naturally I felt embarrassed. But after reading other reviews from customers who've had similar experiences with this man, I'm much more embarrassed for his family.

DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE. The wait takes forever and the car wash machine is dated/broken. I watched it spray my car with soap and never spray it off with water. When I told the attendant no water came out and it might be broken he said “don’t expect for your car to be clean unless you purchase the most expensive wash” and walked away.That’s a direct quote.The photos attached are after the midlevel car wash and me pre-scrubbing it for 15 minutes because the line was so long.

AT THE BEGINNING IVA VIEN I ALWAYS THOUGHT IT WAS THE BEST CAR WASH BUT THE STAFF ARE VERY DESPOTIC WITH SEVERE RACES THEY SHOULD HAVE SOMEONE TO FOLLOW UP THEM I WANTED TO COMPLAIN TO THE OWNER OF THE PLACE BUT THE CASHIER TOLD ME THAT HE WAS THE OWNER I TOLD HIM THIS THEY COME GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY AND I LEFT DISGUSTED

There was no line when I went in which was great. However I missed out on the presoaking since the attendant was busy in the front, so look for the attendant and get their help with the prewash.

Today, I came here to wash the car and found that it had all been washed with flowers. The surface of the car has a spiral shape that stands out under the light. I won't even use such a mechanical car wash again if I die. I really love my car

Worst car wash ever..No towels to dry, the air dry doesn't do much and even the ultimate wash that costs nearly $20 only gives you 5 minutes of vacuum... You have to keep paying $2 for every additional 5 minutes of the weakest vacuum you can imagine.. never seen a worse car wash

Paid $15 for the premium car wash only to realize it did not wash the back of my car, I then called to explain this to the staff there and was told not to call the number again and they then lied and told me I had rang the wrong number I was also extremely disrespected by the staff verbally, bad staff with disgusting attitudes, who couldn't even run a bath let alone a gas station, bad service and the car wash doesn't clean your car
