The customer experience for me has been nothing but great every time I went to games. Yes, they do charge a $10 shipping fee but that is nothing to lose sleep over. It's nice they ship at a faster rate as well. Some of the merch is questionable but overall not bad.

The store is back! After years of dicey products and inconsistent inventory when being managed by the official NHL merchandise partner (look it up), the sharks store has fixed most of its problems with a move to Aramark the longtime food and beverage partner. The store is still too small and the lines backup during games but now there is stuff you want to buy. Pro tip: buy online at sharksproshop.com and pick up in store or have it shipped to you

This shop is the real deal. They have some of the most competitive deals on official San Jose Sharks merchandise, both online and in store. The store experience is perfect - everything is easy to find, and staff is friendly. I bought a jersey today from them and the sales clerk told me it was on sale when he rang me up at the register. Great store to go to if you're a San Jose Sharks fan, throughout my life I have gone to several Sharks game at the SAP center aka the sharks tank or where the sharks swim. The lines are extremely long on game days, but since today was an off day for the Sharks, I was the only customer in the store @ around 11:30. I try to come to this pro shop as much as possible to stock up on Sharks gear - thank you and I recommend shopping here, helpful tip: if you find merch cheaper online they will price match it.
