One of the employees named Corina (hope I spell the name right) rocked it today I came to the store near closing hours but she was so patient and helpful. I had to find very specific items (foundation, and a concealer) for my daughter and with her help we found the right one. It's truly wonderful to get such professional service!!! Thank you Corina, you are awesome!

They push their own brands on you. When asked what they recommend. Very pushy for other random recommendations to make sales, very disingenuous.

Hmm, I think the girls at the checkout need customer service training, they could be a little more cordial in many aspects, if a customer who is “buying” and “paying” asks you for a sample, the answer should not be “no.” I have” and get in an annoying attitude, I am a customer, I spend in this franchise and it is not the first time that I feel uncomfortable in this particular store (SARATOGA), if I ask for a sample it is because I am interested in a product and in trying it to avoid buy it and return it, there are always options or you can always keep your clientele happy, but this only happens at the checkout and the girls who handle it, the other girls are cordial and attentive, what is the difference with SEPHORA SANTANA ROW that there are no problems, They love to please customers and you feel pampered and happy to visit them, I will never return to Saratoga again!!

Zero star--If you book a make up appointment make sure it is by referral and someone you trust their work...I went with who was available (Tori) and she didn't really know what she was doing...she erased my foundation half way- using the wrong foundation- re-did and still it was a disaster and who uses foundation for under-eye? she didn't use concealer and no setting powder...it was a disaster...I am so sad that the event I had this make up for, I didn't end up staying for dinner and just signed the guesst book and left because of the disaster sitting on my face and creasing and cracking!!!!! I returned to the store and showed the manager but she was nonchalant and eventhough she could see the disaster she wasn't willing to compensate or even apologize for the experience. Horrible experience. You are better off with Ulta- don't do this to yourself and do not use their services.

I loved it here! When I came over here they had the whole place organized and even a lot of people available to help me! (although I did not need any help) I go here a lot to get skincare and makeup and I would highly recommend the bobbi brown section.

I went here trying to rediscover the area. I moved to San Jose a few months ago but stuck at the blossom hill area. I did not like the Sephora in Oakridge mall, so I thought why not. I needed a new foundation with my current shade. I walked in and wasn't immediately greeted by any of the Sephora employees, only the security guard greeted me. All the employees seem to be helping all the other customers. Luckily the brand I was going for was in front of the store. I tried to color match and found my shade on my own. The testers were clean and the store smelled good and fresh. All the employees seem happy and excited to be working there. I have 20 years in customer service as a manager and loved coming in to a retail store where you know the management loves their employees. I had to find my setting spray next. This was the shopping day of restocking my beauty needs. Found the brand and they had nothing. By this time i had been greeted by other employees not helping other people. However, I needed to double check if they had any of the setting spray in the back or just received a shipment. I spoke with a young gentleman, super kind and knowledgeable and part of the management team there. He checked to see and told me they didn't have any. We had a brief chat. Immediately, I knew I had to drive 20 mins away to this Sephora, going forward. I knew this team had it together and I enjoyed the interactions and vibe of the whole store. Sephora tip: find out when they get replenishments in. Tiktok and other social media is causing shortages on our favorite brands. Don't get mad at empty shelves. The employees are doing their best to stock it out.

I went to this Sephora because I didn't want to go to the mall. I was not offered help once. I came in to restock the makeup and moisturizer I was out of. I walked out and order it online.

I'm giving 2 stars because the first time I visited Sephora was last summer. I had a really helpful friendly sales associate help me. However today was a different experience. I knew what I wanted and found it quickly. When I went to check out, the cashier was not friendly at all. No hello, no thank you, asked a question and she didn't answer it. Just a cold, hateful glare. Look, when you're in customer service, if you are having a bad day, you need to suck it up and not take it out on customers. If you can't do that or at least drop a thank you after a transaction,move on to another job. There's definitely a lack of maturity and professionalism that needs to be addressed. Probably won't go back at this point.
