All ladies were huddled in a corner of the store talking poorly about other people, while I stood at the counter waiting to check out. Funny thing, an associate rang up a white women right before me. I am unsure if it was racially motivated or not but I stood there for almost 5 minutes waiting. Ultimately I decided to leave to purchase at another Sephora.

Okay selection for it being in a kohl’s. However, The girl at the register was really rude, got mad at me because she couldn’t understand me (HOH, don’t always speak as clearly as others), didn’t put in my beauty insiders even after saying she did, then threw my receipt on the counter and went back to talking about her lashes.

I love having a Sephora in kohls! The interaction is more personalized and the employees genuinely give amazing, honest recommendations! I had the pleasure of being serviced by Angel, who was an angel!! He shade matched me in one try and it was perfect! He also gave me other te that went with my preference. He made me feel comfortable when I'm typically intimidated my makeup stores. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I walked out with great products and a flawless face. Thank you to the Sephora team at Kohls & thank you Angel!

Bad selection and hardly any inventory. I came in not realizing there was a Sephora here and it took .5 seconds to see that there was barely anything on the shelves. I was looking for somebody to help but couldn't find anybody and left after finishing my return. Better stores out there but it's cool if you're already at Kohl's for something else. Just don't expect much.

They only accept returns for items purchased at this location. That was disappointing. I likely will not return since there is a Sephora at the mall right across the street. There is maybe 1/4 or 1/3 of the normal selection at a typical Sephora. The worker who attended to me seemed not well trained. I showed her the Beauty Insider barcode on my phone and she had no clue what to do with it.
