My experience with Selling Has been awesome.A few months ago I received a random phone call from a person wondering if I was interested in selling my home. I told him I was trying to refinance my home to consolidate debt, but if I couldn't get that done I would give him a call. Cancer had caused me to become permanently disabled and my credit score kept declining. No hope to refinance. So I called Sellingly. I talked with Martha and told her about my situation and how stressed out I was about possibly losing my home to foreclosure. She assured me that foreclosure would not happen and she would do everything she could to keep my stress down. Martha and Erica both helped to get my house ready for sale. They also helped to find me other places to buy that would let me stay in the area to be close to my children.They decided to put my house up for auction which scared me. The volume of people that came to the two open house's overwhelmed me. Hundreds in just two days! One week later my home sold for more than I expected. Truly amazing. I owe them so much for the way I was treated and everything they did for me. I will remember Martha and Erica for the rest of my life.They are truly wonderful people that do care!
