I worked with Jediah to get a storage unit and I honestly wasn’t planning on getting one that day; it was her warmth, compassion, excellent customer service, and transparency that made me feel like this was the right place to store my possessions. It’s nice to know someone who cares will always be there to assist. I highly recommend Security 1st Self Storage!

I've always had pleasant interaction with the property manager always addressed my concern and handled my situation with the up most perfessionalism . And in person you get the same treatment as you do over the phone always heard and made a valued customer

What a sparkling clean and well-organized place of business the manager, Jediah, runs. I've rented here for at least two years, and my experience, from the place itself, to managing payments, etc., has been exemplary. Highly, highly recommend.

Upon arriving, I was pleasantly surprised about how not busy, spacious, & clean the facility was. Being used to other storage facilities, I thought it would all be the same but it’s not!
I had a few questions but the girl who helped me, I think her name was Jay? or Jed? I don’t remember but she was beyond helpful & answered every question AND worry I had. She was super helpful in helping me make my decision & I’m glad I chose Security 1st Self Storage.

Even though I ended up not using the storage facility, Jediah was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Got a 5x5 on the 28th for my folks to put holiday stuff and other things in there, didn't know if the process would be the same as other places. Little did I know the person in charge would make it so easy to fill out the paperwork. Super friendly and took her time to explain the rules and procedures. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Running businesses in the Silicon Valley requires partnerships for other specialists to handle for us. In this case, it is offsite secure commodity storage, and Jediah and Co. are great.
