They scam you tried telling me I had a check engine light and codes on my car. They did nothing to it so I went early to pick it up before they could lie and say something is wrong with it. They charged me 160$ to get my car even though they did nothing. I showed them with my own scanner that there were no engine codes, they also stained my seat by putting the engine cover on my passenger seat. Go to a different shop they will charge you for things you don’t need and say codes come up on your vehicle.

Requested a quote to replace the AC condenser in my 2015 Alfa Romeo 4C. Got a great offer and parts were here in 2 days. Work was performed in one day and AC works great. Beat the dealer price by over $1000.Friendly service and great price. Highly recommend going to see Keith at Saratoga Auto.

Took my 2015 Alfa Romeo 4C Launch Edition in to have the AC condenser replaced. The dealer wanted over $3K. Keith and Co. did it for less than $2K in about 24 hours. Excellent customer service, great communication, great work! Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, I will no longer be coming here anymore. I got my window repaired here a couple years ago and they did a great job. Therefore, I came back here when I had an issue with my engine. I decided to get my brake pads replaced while I got my engine fixed. Tell me why, the next day, one of my brake lights went out??? And then my check engine light came back on again ?!?! On top of that, I found a nail in one of my tires. Of course, it could be a MASSIVE coincidence, but I am NOT taking my chances. I've heard of mechanic shops doing things like this on purpose so that people keep coming back to get it fixed. My car never gave me any problems and then all of a sudden I'm getting all these issues and warning lights. Just to be on the safe side, I'll be taking my car somewhere else from now on.

Great service, friendly and fast! So glad I found this place! Got immediate response and brought car in same day. Needed a window that had fallen out back in place and to replace a rear view mirror after a hit and run. Super easy quote comes by text and you can authorize it with a touch of a button. I have been trying to get smog to pass on a 1989 Toyota pick up. I have brought the truck in twice for diagnostics and repair. Over $600 later still cannot pass smog. I have been told by shop issue has been fixed. I've had to take my truck to another mechanic to fix the issue and finally pass smog. I chose this place due to the reviews, but unfortunately it did not work out for me.

Mr Keith and his staff are awesome mechanics. I needed an oil change, front and rear lights needed fixing and my air conditioner needed recharging after a leak. He had accommodated my front lights with LED's, brighter to help get past my oxidized plastic light protector and it looks amazing, I can see better at night now. My tail lights are working great too. My air conditioner is working better than it has before especially with our heat wave. Just by looking at my windshield he knew I needed to replace my wiper blades and I got that done too. All totaled to approximately $900.00, it was worth the cost. If anything should go wrong, he offered me to bring the car back in.

My AC broke on my Nissan Frontier it happened before the heat wave. I took in spoke to Keith he was upfront with labor cost and he would wave the fee of diagnosis! Took in for my car back in a few hours I think it was like 3 hours. He sent a pic of what was broken which was the oring. Got my car but it seemed as if only one side of the ac was working!! The heat wave came took my car back In and we found the ac compressors had given up.. mind you my pick up has a lot of miles. So I was hoping it would get fixed. My car is so cold now i have to turn it down!! Keith is a man of his word! It's hard as single mom to Find a good mechanic place that doesn't take advantage of You. I will be coming back for any future fixes

I think this is the Saratoga Auto Repair that we went to about 5 years ago. I remember it being near Saratoga and Moorpark, not on San Carlos, so it must have moved. Our Ford's check engine light came on (which eventually turned out to be something related to emissions for which Ford had a recall). I called the dealers and the local ones said they needed 2-3 days before they can take a look. Saratoga Auto Repair said they can look at it the same day. After I dropped off the car, they said it will be about 4 hours before they can get back to the car. But, within 10 minutes of me dropping off the car, they called me to let me know that (1) they hooked it up to the diagnostic and the car seemed fine - there was some type error that (since the car seemed fine) they thought was due to the gas cap not being tightened enough, (2) they cleared the check engine light and suggest that I see if it comes up again, and (3) if it comes up again to check if my warranty will cover the issue because in California things related to the that warranty lasts longer than the bumper-to-bumper warranty. And, when I quickly returned to pick up the car, they didn't even charge me the diagnostic fee! I even made it to work that day (albeit a bit late). (This check engine light became an intermittent issue. Some time later, Ford had a recall for something faulty in the fuel injection system, that would lead to this type of symptom. Ford updated our car's software and the light hasn't come on since. I would not have expected Saratoga Auto Repair or any other car shop to have diagnostic it to this issue at that time.)

Went in for a check engine light and got it diagnosed and repaired with <24 hour turnaround. Considering how busy of a shop it is that was great. Fair prices, streamlined system for paperwork and signing. Even stashed my car in the back so someone doesn't try to steal my catalytic converter.Services: Oil change
