I called them at 4:30 took them 14 minutes to take my call just to hang on me because they close at 4:45. They didn't even let me ask if it was the correct number to start my process. Worst service ever

Agreed to most of the comments here this is probably one of the worst child support places I have ever had to deal with. People are terribly rude and don't seem to want to help anyone or do there jobs

Presented my proof of payment. They said ok, we need to ask your wife. Why!? There is the proof! I was told by you that this was ok and that this was enough. No. Instead I get charged late fees with interest. When I was not late. Not once.
