Came in for a smog check and the front desk lady told me it would be 25 minutes and took my keys. Returned 30 minutes later to my car in the exact same spot I left it in. When I went in to inquire about the test they told me they didn't have the equipment to perform the test and gave me my keys back. Wasted time thanks to incompetent staff.

This review is specifically for smog check. Overpriced.. I called for a quote and they wanted to charge me $80. Jeez.. Even with the $10 off for Yelp check ins, it is still extremely expensive. I called another place and they are charging me for half the price.

I called ahead of time to see if I can get an oil change, and they told me to come in. The gentlemen named Mario changed my oil, added more wind shield fluid, and pumped my tires. Everything was done in 30 minutes. The price was reasonable and everyone was super helpful. I took down a star because of the location. It's located in busy Downtown SJ with lots of unusually interesting people wandering around. I felt a little unsafe to walk around, so I stayed and watched them work on my car.

Went there the day before I left for a trip at 7:30 pm for a smog check, so I could avoid a fat fine. They were quick and friendly, and very professional. Overall a super good experience, even when I was hella stressed -- definitely came through in crunch time.

He is rude. Charging 70$ for smog and don't know how to talk to the customer! Shame!

They don't know how to talk to the customer, extremely rude. and even charges 70$. definitely not worth it. everyone around charges 40-50$ max.
