Fantastic Experience at Samotors!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Sam to purchase my Tesla Model S, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
What sets Samotors apart from any other dealership is the customer service. At other dealerships, you often feel pressured to make a purchase before you walk out the door. Sam, however, is the opposite. He makes you feel like a valued returning customer rather than just a one-time shopper. His approach is all about building trust and relationships, and it really shows.
Sam is also incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions and ease any concerns you might have. If you're buying from a third-party seller, his negotiating skills are top-notch--he'll get you the best deal on the best car.
I highly recommend Sam and Samotors to anyone looking for a genuine and transparent car-buying experience.

Dealing with Samotors was a breath of fresh air. Sam is a gentleman and is easy to deal with. He's respectable, is not pushy, and is warm and friendly. Unlike other dealerships that often times leave a bad taste in your mouth, Sam provided exceptional services. I highly recommend him!

Sam hands down is the man. Not only the cleanliness in the care that he has for his vehicles are over the top. But you're not going to find in any other dealer like SA Motors I was well taken care of within 20 minutes after a short test drive Sam and I sat down hassle-free haggle-free and full of honesty and integrity came to a deal within 20 minutes. I am prior military and I shoot straight from the hip I know the car game very well as I used to do wholesale auction cars for many years. Sam was straight up honest and didn't hassle me it was all about a solution I didn't feel any pressure and he made me feel at home this man is full of integrity and polite and respectful,it was such a pleasure dealing with Sam I wouldn't go anywhere else. Not only did he take care of my car needs but he foreseen and took care of any future problems like registration and his warranty leaving me as a single dad to two kids worry-free. Upon picking up the vehicle I noticed the trunk assisted latch was not working without even asking Sam jumped right on it ordered the parts and told me he would fix it on site before I left. What is amazing dude it's almost as if he treated you like family. After leaving a lot and driving almost 3 hours home and my brand new 07 Acura MDX my friend and I could not stop talking about and what a pleasure it was to meet somebody so polite and respectful and full of integrity like minded as us and how he went above and beyond. And this conclusion you'd be a knucklehead to go anywhere else volunteering to throw your money away if you don't go down and check out SA Motors.

Sam was great to work with. He is laid back and doesn't pressure you at all. He let me drive off with the car after just 1 hour from meeting him!When requesting a test drive, Sam let me take the car out for as long as I needed, and was very open and honest with the quality of the vehicle.His business model is calm and clear, but straight to the point which made the car buying experience very streamlined.I am very satisfied with my purchase, and would strongly recommend others to get in contact with Sam if they are in the market for buying a car!

Sam is the man!!!! Not only did he take my unwanted car off my hands, he makes the process of getting a new car EASY and headache free. Don’t recommend that place at all.I m been searching for the car I really wanted when I saw that they sell it.I immediately called them we spoke for a bit and then they were supposed to call me back because I was ready to purchase it and they never did.I called them several times but no one answered.I am very disappointed and now a week later I see they just sold it.Don’t waste your time there.

Unfortunately, my experience here was not good and I was told many different things that at the end did not come through. It was a real waste of an entire day. Even though we did get approved, there were so many other hurdles and meetings needed to actually get the vehicle, it would have taken too much time. The owner is nice, but they are not as professional as I would have hoped from a dealership.
