HAIR PRODUCTS FOR PROFESSIONAL BEAUTICIANS. PRODUCTS ARE ALL BRANDS FOR PROFESSIONAL STYLISTS AND ONLY SOLD TO LICENSED PROFESSIONALS. SERVICE WAS FRIENDLY AND PROMPT WHEN MY TURN CAME SINCE THEY ARE USUALLY BUSY AND ONLY HAVE TWO REGISTERS AND TWO SALES PEOPLE. SOMETIMES IT'S PRETTY BUSY BUT DON'T HAVE THE EXTRA HELP NEEDED. I STILL SHOP THEIR FOR THE PRODUCTS MY CLIENTS LIKE.

Horrible customer service. The person working there told me she is calling “the cops” because I was trying to get the product I ordered, the card was charged and the product wasn’t a part of the order. If they don’t like their job, they shouldn’t be working there. Careless service in Bay Area, no wonder!

very disappointed o being a customer for 40 years and I was devastated about how a company with high standard are treating customers. First-able I was left on hold for 40 minutes I to solve a isue tha t have not being solve yet. They closer my account with out notice and also at the store in west New York. Could do anything about it. The only way was to contact customer care dept. i Have not being able to contact anyone. Maybe this review will get the attention of supervisors or higher personal.

The workers are suuuuper helpful and they take their time helping you!! I've been to other locations but they just don't compare to here. Very clean store and organized!

Wow. The manager rudely hung up on me when I was searching for a cosmetic bag and I asked for her name. Only sell to licensed professional? Then don't advertise!! Very snobby manager. I hope you lose your business.

I love this place!!! As a professional hairstylist, I go here to pick up all my supply needs. The girls there are always welcoming except for the manager. She is very unfriendly and not approachable. When asked if a product was in stock she simply replies yes it's over there. Instead of getting out from behind the register, she stands there. When asked to show me where exactly where the product is she comes off as irritated and bothered to do her job.

Judged me and my gender. Came in, checked out. Then got a phone call from the location saying a man came in (me) and used my account and was reporting me to corporate? Ok! Great. I identify as they/them.

I have shopped at this store on and off for many years. They offer a large array of products, friendly knowledgeable staff and great customer service. My only issue is with corporate management. Within the last year or two "Management" has decided that it will not provide "Bags" for purchased products. Bags are only available if are willing to pay "extra" for a bag. Tacky, tacky cheap and greedy. Just more money in the pockets of the fat cat CEO's & corporate management. So the $200.00 I spend on products isn't enough for you; you have to charge me an additional $1.50 or whatever it is you charge for a simple bag, to put my $200.00 of merchandise in, to get it out to my vehicle. When I had my choice of a three star OK rating or a four star good, or a five star great; you only scored an OK-3 because of your "Bag" Policy.

I'm definitely not pleased at the place. All I wanted was a particular spray bottle. Nothing on yelp or anywhere else indicated "only licensed professionals" can buy anything at this location. I want a particular spray bottle and not the ones you can get at Walgreens or save Mart. My hairstylist actually recommended a particular spray bottle from a salon supply. I was on my way to my dentist appointment and decided to drive a little further down at this location for that spray bottle that I needed. I guess I will have no choice but to purchase my spray bottle elsewhere. I still can't believe they won't even tell me a simple items such as a spray bottle.I gave him two stars because the woman behind the counter was courteous enough to explain to me their "rules". I didn't expect her to break the store policy but I didn't expect her to be a stick in the mud for a simple item as a water spray bottle.
