I just went to the apartment and right on the floor I fell, I almost fell, I was draining water from the ceiling, I informed the staff, it was a girl who is near the express checkouts and she only said yes, thank you, but at no time did she take the time to go and take some precautions. It took a little longer and I never saw him do anything, anyone could fall, I just ask you to please act to have better security, thank you

I love this Safeway location, it's a spacious and clean experience. Most important of that, they carry a huge session of yogurt of my choice, chobani, and never experienced out of stock situations.

Bakery: I’ve ordered a custom cake on Wednesday for my daughter’s birthday on Saturday, the order was confirmed and the pickup time was Sat 10am, the birthday party was at 11am so that was a perfect time, I arrived to the location at 10am on Sat and the cake wasn’t ready, the workers weren’t even sure about online orders, and were asking each other about it and didn’t give me a real explanation about what was going on, they asked me to wait a little bit and had me waiting for around 45min, they were just making the cake at that time, very disappointing, they didn’t even know what was the cake I ordered, I had another stuff to do that couldn’t make because of waiting, I was just about cancel everything but the wouldn’t have time to make that cake in another place, won’t be ordering here again and will recommend others to be careful and consider ordering in another place, I made the order ahead to time to avoid what happened what’s very uncomfortable and disappointing

Giving this store a 3.5/5 only because 2 of the deli workers are extremely rude and they have rude customer service energy. They take extremely long to ask you ur order and will have u standing there waiting while they literally see you. The lady with the caked up pale clown makeup face she speaks very loudly and in spanish and the lady with the hairnet seems to ignore customers. The other 2 workers are very nice and lets me check out my food there. the 2 I had described don’t need to be working in deli. Other than that the store is great !

What's the new store manager Irma is a complete and total witch I think she likes the boss men around specifically even though I'm just a customer I don't work there I couldn't imagine being around this lady for more than a few miserable conversation seconds

I think it’s time for Branham Safeway to hire a new manager. Today was, sadly, the norm for this store: no grocery baskets to shop with (where do they go?); NO bananas at all in the store; employee who manages the self pay registers was rude and intentionally unhelpful; the avocados were a few hours away from rotten; the frozen food aisle and dairy aisle are mostly empty. The reason I blame the manager is because the Hamilton and Winchester Safeways have full shelves, never lack bananas, have carts and baskets available, and show pride of management.
UPDATE: I did give my contact info to Safeway 3 days ago, the same day they responded. There has been no contact from Safeway.

Extremely bad supermarket. There are no eggs, only a couple of abandoned cartons amongst broken eggs under the empty shelves. The meat, vegetables, and seafood are not fresh. The beef is super tough and dry. There are no shopping baskets at the entrance. The tequila is locked up behind glass and the staff are unhelpful, only providing vague instructions (something about a key at the self checkout?) There is usually nobody at the customer service desk and you have to wait half an hour to get extra garbage stickers or redeem lottery tickets.
