Small female clerk with long black hair very nasty attitude, older woman probably in her mid 40s 50s very nasty attitude did not offer me a grocery bag but offered another woman behind me. Disgusting attitude. I noticed a lot of your people that work there have very poor attitudes it's not our fault that you hired degenerates.

I was accused of stealing something when I had a receipt and then got followed out side the store and in a rude manner they procced to say " you know you didn't pay for that right " this was a rude encounter and very upsetting I deserve a refund

Pretty good for last minute holiday shopping and the discounted section! I really enjoyed looking at their wares as it was fun and enlightening! Great butter selection with lots of great deals and the associates are always quite nice! I forgot to clip my deals (recommend!) and I stepped in and the associate not only complimented my jacket but helped me despite the very long cue of help needed!

I was shopping tonight and a young man who's working in the meat department was sitting there yelling at a customer and yelling slurs and other things. Not cool if you're an employee at a job you should be upholding yourself to some higher standards then that because if that doesn't change you will not get far in life. I don't know how he can be working with such attitude. Unprofessional ?

The Employees in this location are always so helpful quick and kind. Food is good and satisfies the family. Good quality well stocked and store is maintained well

BEWARE. If your cart malfunctions and locks up after you leave the store, they will forcefully grab your cart and items back to the store and accuse you of shoplifting. They did this to me yesterday. I paid for my items in self-checkout and left the store. The wheels locked and instead of helping me, they forcefully took my PAID FOR items and demanded to see a receipt. I have no obligation to show them my receipt after I paid. This is not Costco. I told them to call the police, which they refused to. So I called them and two officers arrived and promptly educated their ignorant staff about the law. No employee witnessed anything. They went simply off the cart lock up as their justification to steal my property. After the police educated the ignorant staff as to the actual law, in lieu of me pressing charges for theft against them, I opted for an apology. One employee seemed sincere when apologizing, but the other employee, the actual thief, offered a terse apology. Safeway needs to educate their employees that they cannot demand receipts and that a cart lock up can be due to equipment issues and does not determine theft. And I don't appreciate being called a Kevin and an ahole when I was clearly in the right.

Since my last review of this store, it's gone to hell. The checkers and counter people are overworked, exhausted, and surly. There is never anyone staffing the seafood counter. Nobody ever responds if you ring the bell. There's usually only one register station staffed, with a line. There's usually a line for the self checkout, but you can't use that if you're buying beer, and there's one exhausted worker trying to cover the four stations. But all supermarkets are like that these days. So in a way this is a review of every supermarket within a ten mile radius. Visiting a supermarket today leaves my ears ringing for the rest of the day. It's loud as hell in every supermarket any more. There's a din from the squeaking, rattling, roaring refrigerator cases. And they turn the classic rock muzak up to ear splitting levels to overpower it. Aside from chronic hearing damage, the counter people in the deli can not hear over the din. I practically have to climb up on the display case to lean over it and shout. So they ALWAYS slice stuff the wrong thickness and put the wrong sides in the combos. They can't hear the orders, and they don't speak English. If they can't see you point at it, they don't know what you want, and since you can't hear them repeat the order you don't know they're doing it wrong until it's in the bag. I've really tried to be kind to the staff. Albersons broke their union, and they hate their jobs. But shopping at any supermarket any more just ruins my day. And that's even if I manage to avoid the chemical stench in the Tide aisle. I'll bet some executive got a bonus for making these stores so unbearable, for staff and consumers alike. Maybe there was even a stock buyback It's got to be intentional.

This is a smaller Safeway store but is stocked fairly well. The larger Safeway just down the road is nicer and busier. This location always has a broken entrance door so you are required to walk to the right side of the store. And something that bothers me is when the associates gather and talk about gossip and things when people at the self checkout need assistance. They don’t respond fast enough. Customers have to ask them for help rather than the staff seeking them to help.

Picked up a propane tank for my Sunday barbecue and it was all good. I don't visit this Safeway too but everytime I've been here they've come through.

They just have the rudest people working there and it's an older Safeway so it's very dirty. The floors need to be redone. The deli department needs to be redone. They usually never have what I'm looking for but it's super close to my house . But we usually end up going to the one in Milpitas or the new one by the berryessa flea market.

I drive about 15 mins away from my house to go to this particular Safeway because they have great customer service and their employees are so nice. (They even had the baby formula I needed when my baby was taking formula at the time).

Smart know-it-all Red Headed security guard stopped my friend who is a woman of color. Claimed she didn’t pay for her item, and my friend showed her the receipt. She continued to call a manager to double check the receipt. Is she blind? Over a $2 bag of chips. RACIALLY PROFILING RED HEAD SECURITY GUARD! BEWARE!!!

This is a very busy Costco location since it is in the heat of Silicon Valley.Staffs are friendly, store environment is clean. Best time to shop at this location is before 3pm.Recommend this location, will shop again!

Terrible Safeway. High prices, limited selection, and products on the shelf past the best by date. Just bought 2 12 packs of beer, Elysian variety and Lagunitas daytime IPA. Elysian best by is 1/12 and Lagunitas is 9/22/22! I should have checked before I left. Ugh. Also all the beer is a SLUSHY! Ugh.

Brian and Kim and a few employees are wonderful. However, there are two male workers who are rude and disrespectful. One has a rude attitude problem and the other won thinks he's cute following me around the store at times like he's l.p. and I was told he's a regular worker. And this specific guy thinks hes funny. I spoke to someone about the 1st rude,employee. I was told he would not be rude. He lied.
