Cannot recommend Richard and his team enough. They are who you want to work with if you have problems with debt, and want an efficient and viable solution to address them.

I rarely write reviews, but I couldn't pass this opportunity up. After my divorce I was left with a large amount of credit card debt to pay off, part of which was the cost of my divorce. I was overwhelmed with trying to constantly move it around to new cards to keep the interest rates at 0% (or low), and I wasn't making any progress on paying it down. It felt like I was sinking into quicksand with no way out. Richard and his team at Roundleaf did a fantastic job of helping me handle the creditors, referring me for help for any legal issues that arose, helping me to negotiate down my debt, and helping me to dig my way out of this. Not only that, but Richard himself had a beautiful way of saying things that helped alleviate any shame I was feeling about being stuck in my situation, and was always great about reaching out to me personally if he sensed I was overwhelmed. Working with them was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

I am extremely satisfied with the services provided by Rich and his team at Roundleaf. I was struggling with debt and a low credit score, but their team was able to negotiate with my creditors and settle my debts for less than the amount due. This was a huge relief for me and allowed me to start rebuilding my credit. The team at Roundleaf was knowledgeable, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer my questions and provide guidance on how to improve my credit score. They also provided me with valuable resources and tools to help me stay on track with my finances. Thanks to their help, I am now on a much better financial path and have seen a significant improvement in my credit score. I highly recommend Rich and his team at Roundleaf to anyone who is struggling with debt and looking to improve their credit score. Thank you, Rich for all that you have done for me!

As someone who normally doesn't leave reviews, I must leave one for this. I am so happy with all the help and support from RoundLeaf!!I was in need of desperate help with my mothers debt and Roundleaf's program made it easier for us financially. While it can take some time to get results, it is important to be patient and trust the process! We started the program in December 2022 and finished in March 2023. It all depends on the debt one has. What helped us get results sooner was having the money ready for any settlements offered, or you can just pay monthly and wait to let the amount grow and with those monthly payments that can be used towards any settlements later.Hope this helps and again I recommend this program! Wish I had knew about them sooner.

Working with Roundleaf has been such an incredible experience. Richard was so kind and educated me from day 1 on how my debt can best be handled, and we were beginning during the tough times of the pandemic. He has now gotten my debt settled and has gotten it settled at half or more than half of what it originally was with the interest removed. Their team is so amazing, informative, non-judgemental, and VERY available either on call or by text. If you are looking to learn how to best handle your finances while being guided and supported...this is your team!

Richard Hua is a horrible man, him and his team will ruin your credit. They will leave you hanging if you get sued and will steal your money. He said all the right things, and I got scammed. Do not trust this institution, both my wife and I ruined our credit. He maxes out your credit card, and pays himself with it. Then he tell you to ignore the banks and let the account go to default, your credit gets ruined and after they give you a pay out you pay the bank and close the account, BUT whatever you get "forgiven" comes back as a 1099 and you will have to pay tax on it. I messed up, I trusted them in 2017, today 2023 I'm still paying off a settlement for Santa Clara County Federal. They took me to court and had to pay for what I initially owed them plus court fees, lawyer fees and interests. It went from a 25k personal loan debt to a 32k debt! I would of paid it off already if I hadn't trusted them. My life was full of stress, anger and regret All because of Richard and his team. It took me years to get my credit back to a good standing. Dont meet with him, don't give him your cards, do NOT sign his contract! This is a scam. Don't do it, just deal with your debt on your own. At least if you file for bankruptcy you won't feel stupid after paying this guy. He took at least 8k from me. One day i'll be in the position to sue this guy! He owes me not only money but peace of mind. Stop giving him business.

Sometimes life happens and you make mistakes...it's about how you learn from those mistakes! Richard and his team at Roundleaf helped me pay of old debt and set me up for a better financial future. During our initial call, Richard was very patient and listened through my situation. He reassured me that he could offer me a plan to help pay off my debt, he also provided a spreadsheet to keep track of my budget and spending which was above and beyond. Also big shoutout to Yaacob and Jessica they made the process so smooth and also got back to my calls and emails. Thank you Roundleaf team!!

A huge thank you to Richard and his team for helping me out. I had made financial mistakes while I was younger, and Richard was very direct/transparent while guiding me through making plans to iron everything out. It was nice to be able to work together to address my concerns, and I appreciate how open and flexible Roundleaf has been for me.
There was a time period where I was very overwhelmed and confused in the process, and a tip I have would be to not hesitate in asking ask Roundleaf to slow things down and explain everything thoroughly. I had to educate myself on things I didn't know about, and it took a while to learn that that was okay. The Roundleaf team was always available to answer questions, and they were very good about following up/staying on top of processes.
Looking forward to more growth, and I'm very glad to have Roundleaf's support along the way!

A great program to pay off your debt. Met with Richard to understand how the process works and create a 3-year plan. On average the debt has been reduced by 40-60%. They actually managed to negotiate the majority of the accounts in 2 years. The team is very responsive and Richard calls to explain and make sure I understand. Currently in the process of finalizing the remaining 2 accounts. Would recommend.

Over two years ago I signed an agreement with Richard Hua, owner of Roundleaf. I had about $37K in debt to two credit cards. After sending $11K to Hua over the last two years I still owe $37K to the credit cards. Hua did nothing to change that. However. My credit report has been dinged by both credit cards every month, I discovered on my own in Feb 2022 that one of the credit cards filed a lawsuit a year earlier, in Feb 2021, Because Hua never notified me of the lawsuit, the credit card company now has a default judgement against me and I have a hearing scheduled in June for which I had to retain my own attorney. I have an additional ding on a new credit card because Hua authorized a $400 to it without my permission. There have been countless promises from Hua to get in touch with me whether to update me on status or regarding a new settlement offer that he has broken. While the agreement with Roundleaf states: "Roundleaf agrees to use its best efforts in negotiating on Client's behalf to achieve a lower obligation, and to attempt to shorten the time it takes to pay off his/her debt." Hua repeatedly ignored my requests for a log of contacts with the credit card companies and finally stated "I don't have to give you that". PS Minutes after posting this review I received the following text: "Roger, you signed a release with your refund. Please read that and remove your review. If not legal will have get involved" And then: "You will hear from the law firm we retain to uphold your signed agreement for release and take you to court if necessary. So I suggest you remove that review soon or you can incur the costs." Guess they don't want word to get out.

Thank you Richard and Sharon! I had debt on my credit report from when I was 18ish (I am now 30) that I foolishly ignored. Richard took the time to walk me through the process, answer all of my questions, and provide advice on other financial goals I had. Sharon was able to negotiate on my behalf and resolved my accounts in less than five months. My credit score has already improved and it has been only 30 days since the last case was resolved.Thank you again to you both.

No way I could have done this without Richard and his team at Roundleaf. they know the ins and outs of how to work with creditors. And his advice is directed at getting you on your feet but with compassion realizing you need to have a life and realistic expectations of how long it will take to get out of debt. I am so excited to be in the rebuild phase now...tip...be sure you save extra money on your own for the taxes you must pay on the forgiven debt. It's considered income and came as a huge surprise to me. You need a tax expert for that help.

It was a pleasure to work with Roundleaf. We had our credit destroyed during the recession, and lived with that for years until a friend told us about Roundleaf! We back in the 700's.
