I was charged full price for two items I thought were on sale because the workers forgot to remove the signs when the sale ended. The worker then refused to refund me or adjust the price.

Gas station is clean and brightReduced stars because I went into the store and asked cashier for $30 of gas. She charged me for $35. When I clearly confirmed with her "thirty not thirty five" she kept saying the pump will stop when it reaches 30. This is outright stealing!

My usual spot to get gasoline, convenient location. Sometimes it gets busy during rash hours, but most of the time there are no problems.

Great gas prices, good selection in the store, and all the employees are really cool. 75% of my fill ups are there. Tan is the man.

Good people are around and help hands are available! This evening at 8 pm my car unfortunately stopped running on the road and couldn’t start without adding gas. Luckily I was close to the gas station. I walked there and got a mobile gas container but I don’t know how to use it. The gas station worker not only helped get gas, but silently walked with me to my car and put gas into my tank. I am so grateful for the help hands so that I can start my car again and drive again.He even didn’t take my tip. This is the gas station located at Saratoga Ave. & Grave Ave cross from West Gate Mall. And at the time I waited my car get gas another car drive drove by and offered help. I am so touched by tonight’ experience and will play forward!

A decent small gas station. A big plus for me is the touchless payment. Appreciate that this spot is clean unlike a lot of the other gas stations where I feel like I need gloves. Yeah, I have always been a germaphobe.

This review is only in regards to the poor customer service from the Manager, Sabu, at this Rotten Robbie. I went in to the store and asked for 2 $5 bills in exchange for a $10 bill. Sabu opened up his register and said he did not have any fives. I could clearly see from where I was standing that there were $5 bills in the register. I did say to him that I could see them. Then he stated that it was for customers only. He did not say, you will need to buy something in the store in order to get change. I perused the aisles and picked up a protein bar. As I approached the counter, he walked away to talk to another employee. He then came back, rang up the merchandise, gave me the change and did not say a word. I was expecting a "thank you" or a pleasantry. He was rude and definitely not meant to be a store manager, or a representative of Rotten Robbie.

The employees are great and price is great BUT lately its been smellimg like someones BO in there it makes me sick to my stomach and I can't be in their for long. The smell fills up the whole store.

I have been coming to this gas station since I was a young teenager...always cheapest prices for gas & cigarettes locally. Free air & water - reliable working machine. It's a classic establishment!
