This same employee (pictured and reviewed earlier) has, by far, some of the rudest and worst customer service skills I've encountered. At what point does this gas station continue to employ this dog that has clearly lost multiple customers? You can tell a smile hasnt touched his face in a decade, which is fine. But at the very least, don't be actively rude towards people. Can they train him to at least try to show the slightest bit of patience or manners? The pumps at this station have been broken for almost a week, and this guy talks down to people like he can't even be bothered. What's his problem? Idk, but this is a poorly managed gas station. Can't see why tf anyone would ever come back here.

Gas pumps will take your cards and not repsond, takes it 5 mins to give your card back, i recommend avoiding rotten robbies as all of them do this

Great customer service.Gas prices are great.Variety of food & drinks to choose from.Bathrooms are clean & open.Unlike most gas stations, they are closed from 6pm - 6am.The location seems safe late at night.

The cashiers inside are theifs, I bring a $15 lottery ticket(winner) and he says its only worth $11. Refuses to show me the ticket stub for the amount the ticket was worth then starts acting like he does not understand English. So I ended up requesting $11 in lottery tickets(which he surprisingly understood)I had two Rockstar energy drinks I was also purchasing at the time it came out to $8.64 so I handed him $10. He takes it and just stares at me. I said what about my change? He says "CHANGE" and starts looking around as if he doesn't understand. I ended up just walking out of the store.For the owner of this store, this employee of yours is an African American gentleman who was working around 3:40 PM. on Saturday Dec 30th 2023.The reason I am taking my time in writing this to you is because I'm sure this a recurring issue, if he's dishonest in a little I'm sure he is dishonest in much, you have a theif working for you!!$6+ doesn't seem like much but when you have something intentionally stolen form you it doesn't matter what the amount is, it still cuts deep.Your employees are a reflection of your company. And all they are reflecting is a dishonest business.
