For business, I am at the next door Staples store often. Once I decided to pop into the Ross store...instantly found my fav shoes - on sale - major discount. And! shoes for my kids - bingo! great sales...my mom loves Senior Days/Tues.

The racks are a bit chaotic and disorganized, making it a treasure hunt that can be both thrilling and frustrating. The floors could definitely use a bit more attention; they tend to be on the grimy side. Navigating through the aisles feels like a maze at times, which can be a challenge. However, if you're up for the adventure and patient enough to sift through the clutter, you might stumble upon some hidden gems amidst the chaos.

We've been shopping here for close to 15 years since this store is close to my house.... My wife just got accused in front of everyone in the store of stealing her coat that she walked into the store in(Zara brand which Ross does not carry).11/06/2023 8:30pm she bought a bunch of items and after everything was purchased they asked about her coat that she walked in the store with (the cashier Katrina asked "stating she was told to ask about the coat" ... I asked Christian (security) if that is appropriate and if he can check the cameras to which he responded that he does not know how and he does not have access to cameras and that he's new and had almost no training... Manager Alexandra was fairly reasonable at first and offered and apology, however Katrina came back very confrontational stating they say this to everyone and this is normal and there is nothing to apologize for(unfortunately this argument was going nowhere so we decided best to leave the store)... very unprofessional and accusatory behavior is unacceptable at a store that we've being going to for so long and much of my family has as well. Accusing random customers of theft without any possible reasoning behind it is beyond incompetent especially when confronted with this fact the employees having zero remorse, speaks poorly of Ross's training and hiring practices.
