This store has closed its dressing rooms and has just 2 unmanned rooms upfront. I waited 20 minutes to try on 3 pairs of jeans. With 4 other women in line with me. We spoke to the clerk who told us they could not say anything for fear of a bad review. I knocked on both doors saying there were 4 ladies waiting. No response but 10 minutes later one room opened up. 2 women came out with about 20 items. Bought nothing. You need to reopen the dressing rooms!!!!!

The shopping mall mainly focuses on clothing and related matching products. The display and decoration methods are simple and clear, and the prices seem to be relatively low.
Come the evening of the Fourth of July, the parking lot is empty, there are no people in the mall, and it closes early, which is a rare situation.

Good deal on clothes and other items. Even though in a mall, it's outside access, making it quick and convenient in and out.

They really screwed this place up. One fitting room for both women and men. IE only one person at a time can try things on.

I was planning to pass the store to the mall and had no plans to shop at Ross. As I was passing I looked at the dishes and saw a really good selection of kitchen and house items. I saw this lady who was helping everyone from fashion to small furniture and .... everything. She was so helpful that I bought some pieces of furniture storage, dishes and bedding. I really appreciate her help answering all my questions, helping me find these nice quality items. She is professional, friendly and skilled. I also appreciate the other two ladies for being friendly and helpful. VICTORIA you are an amazing asset for Ross. You are a star! Thank you!!??✨??
